last night I bought a vape with a particular set of requirements such as no voltage change, .08 coil and unfortunately the sales representative working last night on January 20 sold me a completely different than I requested. The next morning, I came in to explain the situation and ask for a exchange so I could purchase the device that I originally saw to buy, however due to the lack of compassion and confidence, the owner of the store denied my exchange, even for a device that was less expensive than the one I originally bought. It is clear that this company does not care about their customers and offers zero help if you buy one of their faulty products.. additionally, the gentleman working the front desk was very sarcastic, rude, and outright unprofessional. but I, this could've been a simple exchange however, I am left frustrated to the point of writing my first yelp review. I highly suggest that everyone in stays away from Mountain smoke I be more disappointed of customer service I received and regret even walking in those doors. read more

This is my first time buying a hookah or anything from the shop. And I must say that the customer service that I got from Jordyn was magnificent. Not only did he notice products he was able to walk me through every step of the way. Being my first time buying something like this when I took it home I had a manufacture defect in the Hookah glass broke when I bring it back to the store he was wonderful of exchanging it for something different no question his ask. I came here by mistake, purposely. I went to drop off a package and was in need of some hookah coals and sure enough almost next door is a smoke shop. I swear the name of this place makes me think of a liquor store. Any who - I walk in and went to where they had the hookah tobacco and coal. The person behind the counter just did their thing but never asked if I needed help. After 10 minutes of browsing I picked up a box of coal and checked out. I noticed the tobacco I usually buy is about a buck more expensive here than my previous shop so I was a little hesitant to buy the coal. This place wouldn't be the first place that comes to mind the next time I need stuff for my Hookah. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Came here on 7/10, money ready to buy a new piece to replace my old one that broke. I asked if there was a sale on water pipes for 710 and the guy looked at me like I was crazy and told me he has no idea what I'm talking about with an attitude. I proceeded to ask him again, if he has a sale for 7/10, as it is like the 4/20 for concentrates.He then proceeded to start getting aggressive in his tone with me and told me he still has no idea what im talking about and that his shop only has tobacco concentrates. As was walking away, he continued trying to talk over me as I was trying to say there's no reason to get aggressive with me, and he wouldn't let it go until he got the last word. BOTTOM LINE IS: Stay away from this classless establishment, if you're a real 420/710 lifer and expect good vibes from the people that work at a headshop. They definitely will never be getting my business again, unless I'm desperate. Their pieces are all overpriced and the selection is disappointing to say the least anyways, I've checked. See my other disappointing story about this shop below. Other Bad Experience: The one other time I came here, also ready to buy a piece to replace the broken one, I found out that the store does not even let you water test the water pipes, to see how the air flow is. (You really expect someone educated on glass to go spend 400+ on a rig when you won't even let them try it?) This is also when I perused all of their water pipes for concentrates, finding that they were all overpriced or cheaply made glass for the most part. - An extremely disappointed customer PS. I posted this review on Google Reviews and here is the owner's response to my complaint: "thanks for the review aaron our customers knows that we have a good customer service thanks again." You can clearly see how this business handles their customer service from this response. WARNING!! Is this place or has this place been under investigation? If you don't want to have to find out and don't want to get stopped by the police, I suggest you not visit this store. We visited this store to purchase AL Capone Cigarillos and the odor eliminating spray. The messages on the door should have been a red flag for us. The second red flag should have been the extremely rude Caucasian female behind the counter who appears to have a great need for mental assistance. We entered the store having a private conversation but no matter where we went in the store, the rude female behind the counter interjected into our conversation. When I asked about the odor removal spray, my companion stated "You act like you smoke weed...[always buying those sprays]". The referenced female instantly appeared to require high doses of mental medication and asked us to leave the store. As puzzled as we were by this, we left without a scene.  As we were leaving she said "Until it is no longer my Constitutional right to ask you to leave, you have to leave because we do not allow you to talk about anything illegal in here." Shortly after we left the parking lot, we were pulled by the police, which leads me to believe that either she called the police or this store is a place of interest for investigation.  If she called the police, I believe that she really needs an extremely high dose of psychotic medication. If she isn't the owner, she is losing the owner money and can possibly cause a business loss. read more

I just got 2 new vape mods and their prices are unbeatable for the quality and awesome customer service

Everything I bought here had a problem. New box of coils and all of them were bad. The vape juice I got also had a negative impact on the coils. Took vape and the stuff to another shop and they said the coils were all ruined and to not use the juice because in new good coils it messed them up. I love this place. everyone is so nice and helpful. all the bad reviews are about people being kicked out for mention of drugs, which is a law. if there is any mention they can be shut down. people need to be more understanding. i get all my pieces from here and ive never had any issues. read more

Went to visit this store for the first time today, Dec 1, 2018 at 10:19am. The sign on their door says Mon - Sat they open at 10am. Clearly either their employee is late and the owner doesn't know or the owner is just a piece of crap that needs to close the business since he has no idea about what it takes to run a business successfully. read more

I walked in late after work and the salesman directed me towards the back as the small disposable Vape's were being phased out in favor of the larger ones so they ended up being buy one get one free. Cool beans, so I asked what he recommended and he said that he recommended the "buzz" brand I purchased 2 and got two free. They have an "open in store" policy because if they are defective and you don't discover it before leaving the store you can't bring them back. I open one and I started to hit it in the store and it ended being fine. Figured all was well and left. Later that night I went out to the bar with my friends and the first vape that I had opened in store developed a DISGUSTING burnt wire taste in less than one hour, by end of the night (3 hours) I had opened all four of them because they all burnt on me back to back. No wonder they were "buy one get one free".. Called the next day and they told me to kick rocks. I will not be coming back which is sad because this place is very close to my house. Love this place. Bought a hookah today from there (I am a hookah fanatic and finally decided to make a purchase instead of always going to lounges). I appreciate that the owners / employees are so laid back and not pushy. The owner guided me to the hookah best for my use instead of the most expensive or biggest one.
