Under new ownership ( was frosted vapors prior) I heard from a few people that I should check it out since I was trying to quit smoking Cigarettes. They hooked me up with everything I needed to be successful for a very affordable price. I was surprised to find out that they make their own product. Compared to the over the counter manufacturing companies, their product is amazing. Clean and not harsh. They made me a strawberry frosted flakes which tastes exactly like it It was the first one they gave me as a sample and then I went back in and got a menthol strawberry kiwi Which they mixed for me as well. I've tried menthol peach and menthol strawberry watermelon. All their own product. They can virtually do anything that you want them to do as far as mixing their own products. I've purchased naked products a few times in the past and it is extremely harsh even the 3%. Their 3% product and even their 6% product is amazing and non-harsh. I am grateful to have a place like this that can taylor a product to each individual's needs. For me it was a game changer because I was able to quit cigarettes and now I'm down to 3% nicotine from 6%. That's all I do is vape now with the hope that someday I won't have to. if you all are looking for a great new Vape store with a personal Touch then this is the place you want to go. Immediately my brain felt the need to use the bathroom and I was in a new area and wasn't sure how much further until I was able to find my destination and if there was a bathroom accessible right away. I asked the store owner Vanny inside, desperately and politely if I could please use the restroom before continuing my long drive and she was kind enough to let me do so. This is a ma and pa shop. I know she didn't have to let me do that, but I am ever so grateful. It is really hard when you have been driving a while, and have the sudden urge to go. When you pull over and get denied it is such a terrible feeling but those who understand the human need for such desperate measures at times, I thank you. If I ever come back up this direction, I will make sure to specifically stop here to Vanny's smoke shop for my smoke and vape needs. Seems to be near Kirkood and South Tahoe, I think.. Their "Studio" juice is highly recommended for tobacco-caramel lovers. Make sure to ask them about their packaged deals, because I walked out with way more stuff than what I was expecting! I got two 30ml e-juice and they gave me a 10ml bottle for free. They have a lot of great deals if you buy box mods and other accesories too. I'm going to be recommending this place to all my friends. Went this last Tuesday and forgot to do a review! I went in…read moreto get a box of coils. The manager, whom is very nice and always helpful, not only sold me the coils but , as always, he changed them for me in 2 of my SMOK BABY 2 devices. I'm too afraid to do it myself and they have No Problem with changing them for me! When I first walked in though, I saw the store owner doing something so amazing to me, since I'm very new to vaping! He was actually building some sort of chamber for a customer, whom I believe is a regular. His unit , from what I heard was an older one and very big! What amazed me was that it had like 6 or 8 tall small coils that the owner actually had to wrap wire around each one and , I think but not sure, put cotton around? The whole process was naturally Very time consuming and Very Technical! It was VERY INTERESTING!! Anyways, I wanted to share this because I wanted other people to know about how knowledgeable these guys are and how serious they take their work as well as how much they really go out of their way for their customers.

I was the only customer in the store for about five minutes, yet I still wasn't properly helped. Once a line started forming, he began focusing on online orders rather than finishing helping the customer who was already standing there and needed assistance. I have been a loyal customer and come here religiously, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Good customer service and simply treating people with respect go a long way. Unfortunately, you have lost a great and loyal customer today, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location to others.
