Their prices are not the lowest, but they tend to only carry the best products for their customers. These guys have been in business since vaping got popular ~10 years ago and they have expanded quite a bit over the years not just in California but other states as well. I went in with my daughter (26) the guy behind the counter was very rude. He was helping a guy at the counter and was setting up his vape. He was very friendly and chatted with the guy once it was mine and my daughters turn he was rude and dismissive and spoke down to us like we were a waste of his time. I needed coiled for my vape they were very over priced. My daughter nor I will ever step foot in that store again. I guess he prefers to help men over women. It's a shame they have employees like that. We had planned on buy other things but not when you are belittled and spoke to like your a waste of time. Went this last Tuesday and forgot to do a review! I went in to get a box of coils. The manager, whom is very nice and always helpful, not only sold me the coils but , as always, he changed them for me in 2 of my SMOK BABY 2 devices. I'm too afraid to do it myself and they have No Problem with changing them for me! When I first walked in though, I saw the store owner doing something so amazing to me, since I'm very new to vaping! He was actually building some sort of chamber for a customer, whom I believe is a regular. His unit , from what I heard was an older one and very big! What amazed me was that it had like 6 or 8 tall small coils that the owner actually had to wrap wire around each one and , I think but not sure, put cotton around? The whole process was naturally Very time consuming and Very Technical! It was VERY INTERESTING!! Anyways, I wanted to share this because I wanted other people to know about how knowledgeable these guys are and how serious they take their work as well as how much they really go out of their way for their customers. read more

My boyfriend and I walked in here with our service dog. The employee working the store had his husky sitting on the floor and when we walked through the door, his dog immediately rushed over to ours. We had asked him to get his dog, to which he told us we have to take our SERVICE dog outside. Not to mention, he did not even try to get his dog under control. If our dog was not trained, this situation could have easily escalated. my boyfriend and I were thrown off by this and helped ourself to the door. the employee then YELLS at us to not let his dog out. please keep your dog on a leash if they are not trained, especially when you're working a store. A shop I go to stopped carrying a specific juice I liked, so they recommended this shop to me and said they carried it. I've gone in there less than a handful of times and every time I was in there, I had a bad experience with customer service. The first time I went in, the employee was more interested in his phone than helping me. The second time, all the employees were sitting around and watching cartoons, didn't even ask if I needed help with anything. One time I went in to get pricing on some hardware. I had told him that I was shopping around before I make up my mind and the guy started bashing a bunch of other local shops insinuating that it's a waste of time to go elsewhere.
