I find it hard to trust my bigoted countrymen. But we went to see Elio today and it reaffirmed my belief that one of my heroes from childhood was correct. "Despite everything, I still believe that people are good at heart." That is a paraphrase from Anne Frank's' diary-but it still stands. This is a poem I wrote today. I asked Google to translate it into Spanish. I hope that it conveys the true spirit of what America really stands for.

Overall nice place with very polite service. Maybe I just didn't get the right amount today. This location does not serve breakfast nor does it have Café con Leche.

The pork that was in there was not very flavorful and dry. The Devil Crab was nicely crisp on the outside and had a pleasant spice aroma when cut open but the inside was very mushy and mostly consisted of filling rather than shredded crab. I could not taste any crab meat even though I could see it. On top of those disappointments, I was also charged for a cup of water. Not a bottle but what you would get from the fountain machine. Overall, the food I tried has promise but has glaring issues and it feels like the restaurant is cutting corners at the cost of the quality of their food.
