Stopped by on my way home, as I have been looking for a certain piece of glass. I had been in the car 1.5+ hours and simply asked if I could please use the restroom as I had been on the road awhile. I was told no, that there is a Loves down the road. I understand not letting the public use the bathroom. But I was literally the only person in the store. So I said ok and decided I'd hold it and look around a bit. The lady asked me what I was looking for, I told her, and nothing else was said to me. No service, didn't ask if I needed help finding anything, didn't offer any products. Sub-par experience. Cooper St location is much better. Hate to post this. But customer service is diminishing everywhere, and is quite honestly getting tiresome. Maybe they were having an off day. But. I've been shopping here since 2018. My husband is the one that recommended this place to me whenever I moved out here. I've always had prompt service and knowledgeable answers to my questions (and if somebody didn't know the answer, they didn't pretend like they did). There is a wide variety of many different products and I'm always satisfied with every purchase. In my opinion, I believe items are fairly priced, especially for the rarity of hard to find products/brands. They do have a loyalty point system for discounts on future purchases. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind staff. I purchased some Yocan Evolve coils from the Yocan website and come to find out I received some mystery coils! The staff was patient with me and we went through every Yocan product (trying the coils) but no fit luckily they had some great products! I even purchased a new pen!!! Also, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We stopped in to get a cleansing product, based on what the employee told us we bought a product, we get it home and do a little searching, this product DOES NOT do what the employee promised. I went back in to exchange for the correct product and was prepared to pay the difference because the other proper product was more expensive. The employee apologized and said she never used the product and what she told us was what she knew about the product, which based on manufacturer site and the pamphlet she gave us was incorrect. She apologized again and said NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES...So basically she lied about her knowledge of said product, sold it to us under false pretenses and would do nothing about the $60 I spent on that. We went to this store because they sell the product and because of what kind of merchandise they sell. Figured they would be knowledgeable in their products, which was not the case...I should have done my homework prior to going to store, but I generally try to let the experts tell me what I would need, unfortunately that is not the case here. I feel we have been ripped off and am making sure everyone knows what they do to sell products, like a car salesman, say what they need to get you in and then lie to you. I am VERY disappointed in the store as we have shopped here before, they sell good products but the employees are not trained properly or are trained to lie to sell products, then once you buy they basically just say screw you Mr. Customer we don't care we misrepresented our products, but that is the customers fault for not doing their homework...Not how things should work, but live and learn. I will never set foot in this store again, and want to let people know what they are about. Smoking Dragon on 35W frontage road will not be honest or take responsibility for their own misrepresentation of their products, so I will spend my $$ elsewhere, hope this helps when shopping for these types of goods...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE read more
