Our fault for not realizing that soft drinks came with the deal and not asking for them. The burger I found was overly salty and not the greatest flavor. One bite, and I was regretting ordering it. The fries here are very good, however. I would not hesitate to have french fries here. My daughter had the chicken burger and apparently that was OK. For the price, if you want burgers, go to A&W, Wendy's, five guys, fat burger, St. James burger. I'm not sure if it is just this burger, but I'm not really willing to pay good money to see if any of their other hamburgers are good.

Their poutine was above average in my opinion, their fries are fine, they're generous with their curds, and their gravy wasn't bad either. Nothing amazing, but it did the job. Service was excellent here. For what it's worth, Smitty's in my opinion has the best value for wing night specials. Their wings are on the smaller side, but it does equate to more wings since it's per pound. I'd say that's where you'd see me dine here more.

It was great to have a taste of everything. They make the beer there! Vegan wings: so it was my first time trying it and we got the Buffalo sauce which wasn't too spicy. Very flavorful. I'm not vegan and these were still delicious to me. They are known for their bbq but I had enough meat at this point. Their fish and chips was recommended and I'd say it was pretty good! It took almost 30 minutes for my friend and I to be served at the bar. The first time I was here I had the roundhouse mac n cheese. The second time I came here on a work dinner, where we somehow stuffed almost 20 people on a long table. Service was a lot better, though maybe it was because I was with a large group. I went during poutine week, so I had the Taco Mac n Cheese Poutine. The mac n cheese was actually mac n cheese bites, which was ehh...but I liked the concept! Cheese curds are good, size was generous, and the nacho beef was cooked well and juicy. So to cancel both visits out, I'll leave is as 3.5/5 for now. If I get good service next visit I'll be happy to bump this up to a 4.
