We had children ranging from 2-11 at the party and all of them enjoyed it! Jessica told me when the slide would be delivered and picked up and the crew were prompt with each. The workers were diligent in making sure the placement was exactly where we needed it and they even accommodated me with water bags in lieu of stakes to hold it in place. We've seen the quality/cleanliness of other companies in town and All Summer Long by far exceeds the rest.

However, this year it was going great, as last year did, until Saturday evening at about 9:30. Last year they called to schedule the drop off and set-up time and the pick-up time. Everything that was agreed upon occurred as planned, per phone conversation. They called when they were on their way to set up and they showed up to pick up as agreed. Like I said, this year everything was going great as last year. We really wanted to rent from All Summer Long again. I spoke with Jessica (Owner) on Thursday (this year), she called to schedule a delivery time for Friday. The bounce house was rented for Saturday, so basically, we were going to have it for an extra day. I took notes as we spoke on the phone (see pic), she said there would be no extra charge for delivering early, as they did last year. It would be delivered between 11-12, Friday morning. I then asked Jessica when they planned to come back to pick up their equipment, it was rented for 2-8pm Saturday. Jessica specifically told me they would come back on Sunday to pick up their equipment, As they did last year. Never, not once did we discuss them possibly coming Saturday night to pick it up if they had the opportunity to do so. So, at about 9:30pm three of their employees come walking through our yard with flashlights to pick up their equipment. They had been calling to tell me they were on their way, but I didn't have my cell phone with me. Not knowing they were coming Saturday evening the bounce house was being used. Our grandkids and their friends were in the bounce house at that time celebrating their Birthdays. I tried calling Jessica several times, she never answered the calls (see calls pic). Her husband called back and said they were at my home to pick up the bounce house. Had I known they were planning to pick the house up it would have been ready, and no one would have been jumping and playing in it. I told him we needed it until Sunday, as agreed upon with Jessica, so we kept it overnight. He then told me there would be an extra charge of $100. And I explained to him what was agreed upon with Jessica, same agreement as last year when they picked it up on Sunday. Now 5 days later I receive a charge notice as my credit card was charged $97.42, charged by All Summer Long, (see photo). I really thought maybe, he believed what i explained to him and they wouldn't charge the extra $100. I was wrong, I know business is business and we were not wanting or asking for anything for free, the pickup and drop off times were agreed upon and made by All Summer Long (per phone conversation with Jessica telling me the times). I hate that it turned out as it did, but we will take our business somewhere else in the future. And I'll make it very very clear as to when the drop off and pick up times will be. And hopefully whomever we rent from in the future will not send their employees out to our home at 9:30 at night to walk in my yard with flashlights. That could have turned out as a very bad situation with the crime as it is these days. We had no idea they would just show up at 9:30pm. We could have also possibly already been in bed at that time of night, and the bounce house was set up in our back yard. Hopefully they consider the safety of their employees and not send them out so late at night in the future and make it very clear when they plan to deliver and pick up their equipment with their customers. If you rent from them make sure it's clear and understood when they plan to deliver and pickup their equipment.

Delivery and set happened the day prior to the event, which was great…read more They gave clear instructions about how to turn on the inflatable etc. The day of the party, when we flipped the switch on to start inflating the water slide, everything was good. When we turned the water on to start filling the bottom area where guest would eventually slide into, the water cascades out instead of in the actual pool area. We have to undo and redo parts of the velcro attachment to get a downward water flow. The top inner part of the slide was full of mildew. We had to climb up to the area and clean the mold as best as we could before the guests arrived. Everyone had fun but the setup should have had a test run before the setup crew left to make sure everything was working properly. Better cleaning is definitely something they need to look into. After paying over $200, no cleaning or fixing the water should be done by the paying customer. I will go with another rental company in the future.

My guests were forced to sit on the floor because the tables and chairs arrived so late, and to make matters worse, they were absolutely filthy. Tables and chairs had thick mud on it and it got all over my house. This was beyond unprofessional. The worst part? The bounce house delivered was dirty so they tried cleaning it in my backyard and got the bounce house wet! Despite the quick wipe down they tried to do, it had mud seeping through the seams, completely ruining some of the little girls' dresses. My sons had to use our towels to try and dry it off just so they could jump for a short time--after the party ended. After demanding a refund, they refused.

My party started at 12:30 pm and they were supposed to show up at 10:30 am. They didn't get there until 1:30 and the bouncy was not ready until 2:30. My party was over at 4 pm. They "let us keep it overnight" due to the delay at no additional cost but the party was over at 4. Keeping it didn't help with the party done at 4 pm. Then they were to pick it up the next day between 4-5 pm. They never showed, and we didn't get notified until 7 pm that they couldn't get it until the following day, Monday. I told them it's only ok to pick up the next day if they could pick it up before noon as we can't use our driveway with this massive deflated bouncy there. They agreed. Now, it's Monday, no notification and it's 1:30 pm. It's not been picked up. I had to call them, and they said they should be here between 4-5 pm! Total disregard for leaving their stuff at our house. They would hold us to a timeframe with their contract but somehow it doesn't apply to them. So, needless to say, their bouncy is still at our house. If you want to trust your bouncy will be delivered on time for your event and picked up when expected I would go with another company. I will mention they are reportedly (waiting for reimbursement) only going to charge me half the price since I only had it half my party and a $250 voucher for a future rental. I won't be using them again, even with this voucher. I should have gotten a full refund with this catastrophe.
