The interior has plenty of seating, and plenty of room for a line, and with bbq this good there is often a line. That being said, I was incredibly impressed with how quickly the food came out. Also, we had a large group, and the cashier took down our orders with pen and pencil and there wasn't one mistake when the food came out. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and attentive. The bbq is delicious. I was going to get a pick-2 plate with brisket and sausage, but then I saw the Pachon Baked potato that already had brisket and sausage on it, and I would definitely recommend it. Some tips: Get a 3 Meat Plate to try a variety, or try one of their baked potatoes. All of their sides are good, but try their "crazy beans." There is extra bbq sauce on the table, and I liked the extra kick the "spicy" bottle provided. Lastly, ask for a to-go box, because odds are, with these portions, you're going to need it Cheers!!
