I stop here maybe once a month to stock up on a few things and I always check the trinkets and have…read morenever left without spending at least $20 +. Today when I went in, same thing as always, I was stopping to look in the cases and the various item to see if anything jumped out at me. I was near the end of the case and the owner came around the counter and stood next to me. I was crouching to see items on a shelf closer to the floor but he could see me the entire time. He lingered so I tried asking 'what is this please' to which he snapped 'I don't know'. The way he said it made me feel like I was bothering him somehow so I asked 'did I do something wrong?' He lingered. I asked if he wanted me to leave as it quickly became increasingly uncomfortable with no one else in the shop that I could see. At this point I stood up and he kept getting closer to me like he was going to grab me but then just started yelling at me to get out of the store. I was in shock. I was scared. I was confused. Not to mention I didn't get the things I stopped there for. He kept asking me what I was doing there and I tried to explain that I stop every few weeks to check out new stuff and stock up.... He never listened to my answer, he just kept growing more angry by the second. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! I have no plans on returning as I'm clearly not welcome but it's a mystery as to why.

The store itself has quite the selection of cigars, equipment, and the service has been impeccable every time. Once we finished shopping, we went around back to the lounge. From an outward appearance, wasn't sure what to expect other than a "garage/shop" of sorts. And maybe that's what it was in the beginning, but once we entered, I was very impressed with the layout, ventilation, seating, and all the screens. It provided comfort while we tried out some new brands and flavor profiles (please don't ever stop stocking KFC's). We stayed a couple hours, a couple of smokes... it was a great way to unwind. Now, this isn't like some of the lounges on the Reservations, where alcohol is provided, but still a great place to enjoy a few smokes and good company. Usually means the doors are open and ready for business at 10 AM.... NOT opening an hour after the store is physically supposed to be open. Normally that hasnt been an issue but on some days one of the employees decides to show up late. Its a fairly common occurrence. 10 AM means usually open at 10 AM. If the person cant show up on time Id suggest having someone there that can physically open the store on time. Other than that gripe about being on time their service is pretty decent and have a decent selection.

The gal that works here is super friendly and 9 times out of 10 will recognize me when I come in and grab my juice and have it ready when I get to the counter. All of the other staff is polite and helpful as well. The only reason I give 4 stars is because often times my boyfriend will go in to grab my juice for me and the past 3 or 4 times he said they've told him he'd have enough points for a discount "next time". Which for me is not a deal breaker as having a rewards program is just a bonus in my opinion but I know it has been frustrating to him. He is retired military and they do offer a military discount also which is nice. Overall I would definitely recommend this shop due to its quick and friendly service and good variety of juice. I'll definitely continue shopping here due to the fact that as I said before they are the only shop in the area that I've found who carries my juice. I no longer live in Lacey and there are shops closer to me in Yelm but I continue making the drive out to this one as it's worth it to me.
