The staff had been very polite and helpful each time I'd been to their business. I had called before going there the first time I had gone. It was just to make sure they had the vapes and products I needed, what the prices were, and the time their business was open-- everything was answered totally and pleasantly by a nice lady who was also the worker I interacted with at the store. She was knowledgeable and had answered any questions I had and I left with everything I had hoped for and also a couple things I just didn't realize they supplied when going in, but I needed anyway. My second time was with who I think was the owner and he was also a friendly and informative salesperson. We chatted about knives and the products that were on the shelves when you walk in. I got to check out some of the knives and had to stop myself from getting any because of their pricing. We joked around and I left again with everything I had needed and it was just another great visit to Got Smoke. I absolutely recommend them to people who need vapes, smoking supplies, lighters, or just want to look around at some cool clothing, bags, etc.

Today when I went in, same thing as always, I was stopping to look in the cases and the various item to see if anything jumped out at me. I was near the end of the case and the owner came around the counter and stood next to me. I was crouching to see items on a shelf closer to the floor but he could see me the entire time. He lingered so I tried asking 'what is this please' to which he snapped 'I don't know'. The way he said it made me feel like I was bothering him somehow so I asked 'did I do something wrong?' He lingered. I asked if he wanted me to leave as it quickly became increasingly uncomfortable with no one else in the shop that I could see. At this point I stood up and he kept getting closer to me like he was going to grab me but then just started yelling at me to get out of the store. I was in shock. I was scared. I was confused. Not to mention I didn't get the things I stopped there for. He kept asking me what I was doing there and I tried to explain that I stop every few weeks to check out new stuff and stock up.... He never listened to my answer, he just kept growing more angry by the second. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! I have no plans on returning as I'm clearly not welcome but it's a mystery as to why.

The store itself has quite the selection of cigars, equipment, and the service has been impeccable every time. Once we finished shopping, we went around back to the lounge. From an outward appearance, wasn't sure what to expect other than a "garage/shop" of sorts. And maybe that's what it was in the beginning, but once we entered, I was very impressed with the layout, ventilation, seating, and all the screens. It provided comfort while we tried out some new brands and flavor profiles (please don't ever stop stocking KFC's). We stayed a couple hours, a couple of smokes... it was a great way to unwind. Now, this isn't like some of the lounges on the Reservations, where alcohol is provided, but still a great place to enjoy a few smokes and good company. Most sales staff now are sort of surly and ill-tempered and don't seem to know their jobs very well. For example, it took me three visits to get help with a specific supplement they usually carry, and one sales staff person never asked for my customer rewards number. When I asked him if I could give it to him after he rang me up he said no. I left the store without my item. They also seem to have stopped carrying many items I used to purchase there. I'm going to start ordering what I need online. It's too bad because I really wanted to support my local store.
