I've been shopping at this store for several years now one of the few vape shops left in this area. How ever their business hours state they are open from 10 AM to 8 PM. Usually means the doors are open and ready for business at 10 AM.... NOT opening an hour after the store is physically supposed to be open. Normally that hasnt been an issue but on some days one of the employees decides to show up late. Its a fairly common occurrence. 10 AM means usually open at 10 AM. If the person cant show up on time Id suggest having someone there that can physically open the store on time. Other than that gripe about being on time their service is pretty decent and have a decent selection. read more

Pretty much the only vape shop in the area I go to. They are the ONLY shop I've found that carries the line and flavor of juice I use. The staff is knowledgeable and quick. The gal that works here is super friendly and 9 times out of 10 will recognize me when I come in and grab my juice and have it ready when I get to the counter. All of the other staff is polite and helpful as well. The only reason I give 4 stars is because often times my boyfriend will go in to grab my juice for me and the past 3 or 4 times he said they've told him he'd have enough points for a discount "next time". Which for me is not a deal breaker as having a rewards program is just a bonus in my opinion but I know it has been frustrating to him. He is retired military and they do offer a military discount also which is nice. Overall I would definitely recommend this shop due to its quick and friendly service and good variety of juice. I'll definitely continue shopping here due to the fact that as I said before they are the only shop in the area that I've found who carries my juice. I no longer live in Lacey and there are shops closer to me in Yelm but I continue making the drive out to this one as it's worth it to me. read more

I have been coming to this location for over a year. I work nearby, sometimes I stop in in my working clothes, and others in my street clothes. The tall female employee with heavy eye makeup and brunette hair is consistently condescending to me when I am in my working clothes as opposed to my street clothes. I have no idea why this employee is predisposed to be rude to those wearing clothes such as slacks and a blouse, but beware that this place has its biases and will treat you poorly, employees will take out their personal issues and project it onto you (the "you think you're better than me" mentality). I have been over charged by this place as well, they have also re-run the same transaction, charging double on a few occasions. Never will they have my business again. read more

I went to this Vape shop to buy a new mod and ended up buying the vapor shark DNA 200. The prices weren't horrible here, but they were a little expensive. The guys are very friendly, Funny, and laid-back. They were very helpful I'm deciding many things. I love the music they had in the background! They made me feel like I was just relaxing at a friends house with a lot of juices and Vapes. I feel they could do a little bit more explaining when it comes to the different kinds of mods and equipment. Just to make sure that people know exactly how to use what is being purchased. I didn't see any sample juices, which always makes people want to buy more if they can sample some. But realistically speaking, the place is very clean, very comfortable, very relaxed and a place I could see myself hanging out at. Meh. It's ok. Nothing wrong with the place, just find that whenever I go there they don't seem to have what I want. I get there are thousands upon thousands of juices but even coils for popular vapes are hard to find here. The staff is friendly but they kind of leave you hanging for a bit. Vape shop rules have changed in Pierce County because in Lacey, you can still VAPE inside the store. You can still get military discount and you can still earn points on your purchase. *WIN* On our very first visit, my husband wanted to go sub-ohm and John was extremely knowledgeable and helped him pick out what he needed and everything. Since this is a new shop to us, we needed to try lots of flavors and I personally LOVED that they didn't make it seem like it was such a hassle or wasting their time. Seriously. Will definitely be back for all our vape needs :) We've been coming here consistently for over 6 months. The blonde guy whose name is escaping my mind is AWESOME! He knows our names and is very personable and he knows his stuff. The owner is also AMAZING! I've been here three times so far. On all three occasions, I've been pleasantly shocked at the unusually good shopping experience. The last shop I'd gone to was dark, dingy, and staffed by sullen and unhelpful people who made me feel like I'm interrupting their busy schedule of doing nothing. This place is the total opposite--clean, well-lit, inviting, and staffed by helpful and knowledgeable people. My experience at the vape shop was quite amazing. Josh the employee in my opinion is the best at priming my coil. He had such a fine grip and never took his eyes off me while he proceeded to prime my coil. Amazing what he can do with just the tip. This place would be 100% if the store manager could focus on the customers like his employees do, rather than bringing his personal life to work. (LOUDLY) A few weeks ago I went to buy an entirely new e-cig because I had a pretty old one, so I wanted to know exactly what I was getting and how they worked since I was about to drop $100. All the other employees were busy helping other customers so, and I'm grateful, the store manager came out from the back room and asked what I needed help with. When he pulled out the different kinds of e-cigs from the glass I could barely understand what he was saying because of how fast he was talking - this right after his girlfriend/wife/some blonde chick walked in the store loudly stating "So-and-so said he's on his way up here! (looks at cell phone) He's here, look that's his SUV outside." Store Owner: "Ok, so what does he want!?" At this point it was clear neither one of them wanted this person, an angry roommate or some other PERSONAL MATTER, to come in the store, as they were both going back and forth fervently and nervously asking WELL WHY WOULD HE EVEN BE COMING UP HERE?? Not only is it extremely unprofessional to bring your personal life to work, it made me feel VERY awkward and worst of all, rushed into picking which e-cig i wanted and was too afraid to ask questions seeing as I'm clearly annoying this guy, who has personal problems flooding into his store. The e-cig I ended up buying has an adjustable airflow thingy to it(Don't know what it's called, manager didn't tell me anything about it) but because I was rushed into picking out what I wanted, I didn't even notice until I got home, and had no idea how to use it, what coils it used, how to refill it, basically everything. All the other employees have been great in the past. One guy even helped me fix my tank when I thought I would just have to buy a new one completely. Maybe the manager was just having a bad day, but that display put on by him and his friend was unacceptable. I came in for coils for my tank and this shop didn't have any and no where else around either. I decided to buy a new tank and asked for a recommendation. The tank he recommended was the Smok baby prince. This tank is crap and it leaks. I went back in to maybe exchange the tank but the dude there takes my tank back and replaces my coil and seals...I've tried this, told the dude I tried this. He then says it's probably bad coils...which means all three of my coils where bad and that there's no refunds...I just wanted a replacement. I will not be shopping here again! read more

Very best vape shop in Olympia area. The staff is knowledgeable (especially Eric) and they are active in CASAA and other advocacy groups (an absolute must, especially these days). Very DIY-community-friendly. They have a great selection of juices, attys and mods, and a full-service on-site repair shop. The owner and his son (it's a family-run local business) are super nice and really know what they're doing. They participate in social media, and have excellent customer service. This shop has great selection. The service is hit and miss depending on who is there. Normally get good knowledgeable service. Recently that has not been the case. Went in the other week and no one was out front. Could see guy in NY Giants hat messing around in the office. No acknowledgement at all. Waited five minutes without any help and left.
