Also, many reviews speak on how friendly Moe was with them. With me, he was stoic and did not give off the same friendly, warm vibes I read of in the comments. When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. And his shop was papered with Trump banners and signs. Not sure if political views affected the quality of his work towards me or not. But Buyer Beware.

We agreed on a price including any other possible extras, and to his credit, that's exactly what the invoice came to. It took approximately 2-hours and I decided to wait. All along he kept me posted on the progress, and in the end, it came out looking like a factory install! Nothing was out of place, the wires were hidden properly and everything worked as it should. In this day and age of ordering "online", it's rare to find a local business (especially in his line of work since so many closed beyond the pandemic) who does exactly as they promise. Mike is a stand-up guy, and his work is top-notch. From a pricing perspective, you could find "cheaper", but in the end, if you want something done right, you get what you pay for. She acted as if she was knowledgeable, but the information she gave was incorrect. Instead of listening or clarifying, she had a condescending attitude and behaved as though helping me was a favor rather than her job. Customer service requires patience, accuracy, and basic respect. Unfortunately, she showed none of those qualities. The dismissive tone and lack of accountability made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. Based on this interaction, she should not be working in a customer-facing role if you don't have simple patience or respect. Definitely sad to say, but lost my business over one employee.

Just picked up my Sony TCK 290 tape deck from the store. I had tried to replace the belts my self…read morebut was unsuccessful. When I asked the manager did the tech replace the belts which were supposed to be 3 belts in total. Anyway we got into a a little heated discussion and I had him open the unit and there was only one belt around the motor and the two fly wheels. I showed the illustration which showed the additional belt in the schematic. I was told that it was run for a "long time on the there bench". I didn't argue any further paid the bill and brought the unit home. Connected it to the system and the tape deck made noise and there was a ridiculous amount of wow and flutter that the tape was unplayable. The only thing that was fixed on the deck was the door now opens. Very disappointed to say the least.

Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! I got a text at 5:12pm indicating my car would be ready for pickup at 5:40pm. When I arrived, instead of saying sorry for the delay. I was greated when a snarky comment "Better late than never", as if that wasn't unprofessional enough, I was then charged a higher price than I was originally quoted. Even though I have a written quote via text, Ian still fast talked and charged me a higher price. A price that I wouldn't of agreed upon had I known the day I made my appointment.
