He didn't know what a juul was so I showed him mine and he picked it up to look at it, I paid for the pods and left. I realized I left my juul there and came back and he said he didn't know what I was talking about and that he didn't remember me being there 5 minutes ago. He stole my juul from me and sold me fake pods twice.

In response to comment: this review is strictly of your yelp page and the photos you provided NOT of the place itself --- i also don't want your customers to think this is the case of your physical location I want to come and check the lounge but the images provided seem to be geared more towards the male gaze rather than the location and products you offer. I was hoping to see more of the physical location so i can get an understanding of the ambiance and potentially suggest it to others. As I said, all of these women are absolutely beautiful and gorgeous. It just seems like there is a large over flow of focus on them rather than what this place has to offer.

Although I've personally never seen a crowd there. The servers are very kind and helped recommend a cigar for me. I am just a casual smoker so I appreciate the advice. The other patrons were friendly as well and were open for some pleasant conversation. There's some nice couches and seats with a big tv. It's the perfect place to take a friend or two and catch up with each other over a good drink and a nice cigar.
