I even sent a photo of our vehicle on the paved road (below) and which route to take to stay on paved roads at all times (below), only for the driver to lie and claim that was the route he took. I can only assume that our insurance would pay them anyway if they claim we were on a dirt road, and that way he could get home sooner. If my 79yo FIL hadn't taken a 14h drive to bring us a spare wheel when these guys ditched us, we would have had to spend another night in the freezing cold without heat. Unbelievable. Stay away from these guys!

It looks like there's a decent amount of space here for vehicles to turn around, but because most of the vehicles that coming through are trucks or vans or larger vehicles pulling trailers, etc it can get pretty tight. Found multiple leaks and was awesome to chat with the entire time. Felt like i was talking to an old friend. Had a blast just listening to stories. They were nice on the phone but it was obvious they did not want to help non white people. Don't come here. Waste of time. Try the little tire shop at the gas station right before you make the turn to go up the hill... he was excellent.
