Got to Tonopah and stopped for gas - car wouldn't start. My husband came to me 3.5 hrs away with a new alternator and battery. We couldn't get the serpentine belt back on! Called this towing service and they printed out the diagram and came to rescue us in 10-20 min! And no charge! What nice people!! Back on the road and got 30 min out of town to the car completely dying. By this time it was pitch black and the electronics slowly died one by one including lights and hazards. I was sitting out there getting colder and colder and more and more scared. My insurance has garbage roadside (Nationwide) which has time and time left us hanging (we can get you someone tomorrow at 6am - ug). I called Cal-Nev again and true to form, they were there to my rescue again! They towed me back to Tonopah. I got accommodations via phone on the way. The driver, hearing this, offered to tow me back to Vegas now instead of in the morning. Wow! What service! He got the okay from his boss and away we went. Got home around 1:30am but felt good to be at home and better ready to tackle the problem. ~$2000 and two weeks later, we had the car fixed and I braved the ride again. Made it and so thankful I felt supported by Cal-Nev if I ran into trouble again. GREAT business and CARING people. I highly rate them.

I will be contacting the better business bureau, about there working environment and ethics. OSHA will also be informed.

It looks like there's a decent amount of space here for vehicles to turn around, but because most of the vehicles that coming through are trucks or vans or larger vehicles pulling trailers, etc it can get pretty tight. I spoke to the cashier and she said they don't offer any discount or membership programs here so that's a definite negative for me. But the staff was nice and the bathrooms were clean.

Lost the oil pan on pine grove road, Lyon County Nevada. rock in the road caused my downfall…read more SO.. stuck in the middle of nowhere, no oil no way to fix it. Even though on a Saturday Jose was there. Told him the problem and said go to Napa and get the parts, show up tomorrow (Sunday) at 9am. Jose showed up and fixed us up by 12pm. They were nice on the phone but it was obvious they did not want to help non white people. Don't come here. Waste of time. Try the little tire shop at the gas station right before you make the turn to go up the hill... he was excellent.
