I wasn't expecting much cause it's also a boutique, so I figured it probably has the same old stuff you see at every other boutique. I wasn't expecting to walk into the back of the store to find a whole room full of records. Not only were there records throughout the room but they were all organized, labeled and even sections for heavy metal, rock, jazz, blues etc. I was able to go to sections and look for stuff without shuffling through things I'm not into. They have a good range of original records as well as newer records. Prices are decent as well. They also have another smaller room with CDs and cassettes, as well as a smaller section with some box sets. I probably spent about a half hour to 45 minutes just going through everything to see what I could find. I did grab some records and CDs. I will definitely stop by again if I'm in the area. Also I see a lot of reviews of the staff/owners being rude but that definitely did not happen in my visit. They greeted me when I walked in, asked if I needed help or was looking for anything and were very nice in general.

There are reserved spots for laundry patrons but I noticed that some of them were parking in the other spots next to the store so it was a little hard for parking. Going inside the set up was more warehouse styled. They had a few nice things but nothing resembling the pictures posted previously by others. Pictures and reviews are what led us to find the place. Here is where I saw one of the workers dump baskets and baskets of the items into the large dumpster outside. I understand they need to make room for new inventory, I don't think it's appropriate to do this in front of customers or during the time the store is open for business. They could do this during after hours, or better yet why not donate to Goodwill? This left a sour taste in my mouth about this business, seeing hundreds of dishes being splattered into a million pieces in seconds, that could have been someone's latest new treasures.

Yelp has definitely made me more aware of my local businesses, so I wanted to stop in and see what this place was all about. I went in thinking I'd just window shop and laugh at how expensive everything was, but that wasn't the case at all! Yes, there was more expensive jewelry in some cases, some watches, but there was also plenty of affordable jewelry available as well. The store looked immaculate! It was bright, clean, nothing looked out of place and it even had that new store scent. I ended up buying a pair of silver earrings (for under $30) that were made by a local artist. Now I've shopped at these types of stores in the past (think Cape Cod, the Berkshires, North Hampton...) and this one definitely had the most reasonable prices. My mom actually picked up three bracelets in the Berkshires, and they had the same ones here for $12 less, each! She wasn't happy to feel she got ripped off on her last vacation up there. I was really just looking around and wasn't even going to ask for any prices in cases, because all the tags were flipped over so I figured things would be outrageous, but I'm very glad I asked for the price of the one pair of earrings I ended up buying. I've worn them several times and love them. I'll definitely drop in again when I'm in the area.
