I normally end up at a different shop whenever I'm here, Ice Imports happened to be open so I wandered in and I'm glad I did. I found some great new crystals to add to my collection, as well as some super pretty new bracelets as well. They have a really nice, full range of options, I love my new rose quartz and fluorite that I filled a small pouch with. Stumbled upon this little shop and I really wasn't looking to buy anything but once I saw that they were selling Spyderco knives I had to have one. I've been looking to purchase one for a long time and I'm happy I found it at such a great price because these knives are not cheap. Walking around Portsmouth, NH, we were delighted to stumble upon Ice Imports! By luck, we got to meet and talk with the owner, Eric, and he was a cool dude! The store itself screams nostalgia with all the throwbacks of incense and incense burners, plus the jewelry too. I was happy to get an awesome silver claddagh ring that will be my treasured souvenir from Portsmouth. I love the vibe of the store! I went back a few hours later to buy a celestial-style half-moon, half-sun mirrored wall decoration as a housewarming present for my nephew. It was so reasonably priced, and he loved it! What a hidden gem. I really liked the vast array of gem/natural stone objects and statues. It is hard not to go into there and not shop. Of course i bought stuff as the price is right and there are little cards to educate you on what you are buying. The store is spacious and I found items that I wish I can buy them all. When I was at the register, the cahsier asked me if I got the little cards. I didnt and she personally left the register and got it for me. I am very thankful. read more

They have multiple locations in CT and the Virgin Islands. I had a good time looking around. At the counter, I saw customers asking about the swords on the wall and purchased it. I wanted to update this review. And it just gets better everytime I come in here. The last time I dealt with Eric and he was a sweetie but this time I had Collin and he was welcoming, energetic, funny, and very attentive. So I was looking at the daggers which are behind a case, and Collin very nicely asked if I wanted to see it up close he could see I was practically drooling over it. This first dagger was so cool and well made and only $25.00 that's a steal! And then he let me hold it and I checked it out and then I saw another one that took my breath away. And when he saw me eye that one he grabbed that one and we inspected it and realized this one was so much better even Collin liked it a lot the details on it are immaculate, and the price yet again only $25.00. The customer service in here is ALWAYS top tier and I've been here about 3-4 times. Collin made jokes with me he helped my mom with her questions about rings and stones, and then when he gave me my change back he gave me a 2.00 bill that lit my face right up and he said I also have a 1.00 coin, I was so estatic he said want to trade your dollar in for the coin. I was indeed happy with my dagger, with my 2.00 bill, my 1.00 coin and the amazing service here. Collin you rock and you deserve praise! read more

Ice Imports is an amazing little shop in Mystic, CT. You can find a multitude of interesting things to check out such as crystals, gemstones, jewelry, etc., and more importantly, the SWORDS!!! (According to my grandson). From the minute you walk in, you are greeted by staff making you feel comfortable. Everyone is helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and there to help you. I've been there many times, most recently with my family visiting from Georgia over the Thanksgiving break. The store was packed yet staff was attentive and right there helping you. Saturday, 12/7 was no different. I was on a mission and went back especially to pick up a Christmas gift for my grandson who was in awe of one of the swords being displayed during his visit... Because of the incredibly generous and kind owner, I walked out of there with two. Sir, you are a good person ... "every act of kindness has a positive impact." An interesting little shop to find something unique, and if you've never been, I suggest you go. I will be back for something for myself next time. read more

The store has a great selection of beautiful gifts for anyone really. they have many beautiful decorative swords and knives. That would be a wonderful gift. There are many crystals of different kinds, that are reasonably priced, and many gorgeous gemstone type stones and geodes and calming rose quartz. Beautiful stone bracelets, they also have some rings that are very pretty, and earrings. I bought a lovely amber bracelet, and one for my sister. Amber has medicinal qualities. I believe it helps me to sleep. they have cute little dragons for decorations, incense, etc, all kinds of nice things. Very interesting. There are many gorgeous gifts here, some thing for everyone, and they are quite reasonable. It's definitely worth the trip, if you're looking for something interesting and decorative or a nice gift. read more

My brother in law was in the store tonight with my daughter and her cousin shopping around. As my brother in law went to the register the cashier accused my daughter of putting something in her pocket that he was alerted to by his "security team". My daughter emptied her pockets to prove she didn't take anything. My brother in law being a black man didn't want to put up a fight instead opted to leave the store embarrassed after being falsely accused. I on the other hand was not about to let my daughter be slandered. I met up with my daughter and went right in and asked to speak to the person who accused her and the cashier said their security is in another country and sends them a text message. He did say it was false and he would apologize to my daughter, which i did tell him to. However I'll never go back because it's unfair to accuse people and not have the person there to face them. 0/10 don't recommend read more
