I would've gladly turned back around to have them look it or stopped back in another time I definitely got the impression from my conversation with the front desk, staff, that the practice is more concerned with the monetary value of my visit as opposed to keeping a new patient. I used to struggle with severe cystic acne and as my skin has cleared up and been consistent for awhile, I wanted to get rid of some scarring and possibly prevent further breakouts. After 4 weeks, the results were amazing. So much of my scarring was gone and I don't break out on my forehead nearly as much. My biggest concern was the pain but he numbed my mouth first with a few injections that were SO TINY- I couldn't even tell anything was touching my mouth and I am a baby when it comes to that stuff. I am even scared of going to the dentist. The actual injection was completely painless as well and quick. I was in and out in 30 minutes. He warned me I might feel some tender spots and I didn't even feel that. The healing process was easier than expected too. I was swollen the first night and bruised the next couple days but completely fine after 4. I was worried they weren't going to be as big as I wanted once the healing process started but at my 2 week mark today- I am so happy with the results. I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience. However, my base color was never changed only highlights were added. The highlights also ended up being much more subtle and darker than the reference pictures I showed. I was hoping for noticeable, soft caramel/brown highlights with more dimension throughout my hair, but the finished result looks very close to how my hair looked before. I did tell the stylist that I liked it when I left, but I want to be honest that I only said that because I felt uncomfortable being rude after she had finished my hair. Once I got home and really looked at it, I realized I was genuinely disappointed because it wasn't what I had asked for or expected when I booked the appointment. I understand that hair doesn't always turn out exactly like a reference picture, but I feel like there was a pretty significant difference between what I booked, what I showed, and what I actually received. I was really excited to get my hair done, so it was upsetting to spend the money and leave feeling like my hair barely changed.
