And after dropping off the first load, left. They told me to call the office to get rescheduled to complete the job! It's a holiday weekend so talking to the office did me no good. They had been booked for the whole weekend. I was left with 1/2 a house not moved!!! Thankfully I found another company that would move me on July 4th. They are local and don't have a call center. He actually came to the house and assured me my move would be complete. The team was great at college hunks, very professional and friendly. It wasn't their fault the call center screwed up. They say "Cheaper than a dumpster" , but they really are NOT. The dumpsters I have used in the past from Junoll are cheaper. I used this company twice before when they were a newer company and they were great and stuck to their quote and very professional (even though every time they do not show up when they say) , but they explained they do a lot more business now, so I guess they have the luxury of doing this to their repeat customers.
