I recently had Robert and his crew do a brake job for me on my Superduty. I supplied some…read moreaftermarket pads that I like to use and he put them on with the complete brake job. After a couple weeks, they started to squeak pretty bad so I took it back in. Even though they were not the pads that he supplied, he replaced the pads, resurfaced the rotors, and did not charge me a penny for labor or material. That says a lot about their integrity, and I am very thankful to have a mechanic like that. Service was same day, no questions asked.

We were over it so after a quick Google search my hubby found Terry and his crew. From the minute we brought our mess to Truck Works it was nothing but honesty, and hard work. We are here more than we would like to admit, but that is because we have one of those trucks that once you fix a problem, another one pops up. They have fixed many problems on our truck. Some small and easy, some complicated and expensive. No matter big or small, the problem always gets fixed... the right way. I am updating my review from five stars to one star. I've had an ongoing issue where my truck was…read moreleaking, had to be primed, and was experiencing a long crank. I took it back to the shop multiple times and it's documented in receipts stating my concern was that there was a leak starting when I had to prime the engine. After about 3 weeks, they gave the truck back and said bring it back in about 100 miles. After I brought it back, it was decided that the head gasket was leaking. Not sure I agree with that as the truck continued the leak issue after I got it back. I took it back again and was told they were unable to replicate my concerns. I finally pulled out my wheel well cover and was able to find the water in fuel sensor leaking. After a $37 part replacement and about 30 minutes of my time, the leak is gone, there is no more long crank issue (which I was suggested to buy a $2300 fuel sender) and my truck is running great. I really don't feel like my concerns were properly addressed. And I feel like this was a big push for upselling. Disappointing.
