I googled a diesel shop in the area and "ABCO" popped up. I called over a check engine light on my 2003 ford super duty. I had a huge parts $& fix list so I requested a fix list I could afford. They replaced a few components on my air conditioning. The truck runs amazingly better and so does the air conditioning at night. My truck is lighter on its shoes. It even steers better. I had bad head gaskets on an 05 Chevy 2500HD LLY. My wife found ABCO online and after a little research, I felt they were the ones to perform the repair as they had many good reviews and one review that had the same issue as myself. Fortunately, they are located close to my residence and around the corner from where I work. Very convenient. I spoke with Ismael on the phone and had it towed to them so they could diagnose the issue and confirm it was the head gaskets. After getting the quote, I pulled the trigger and had them start the repair. While they were in there, they suggested PPE high flow exhaust manifolds and a PPE downpipe be installed since they already had the motor apart and cab off the chassis, suggesting it would cost less labor-wise, than if I brought it back to add those pieces later. So I had them do those as well. They also installed a new intercooler, radiator and a hose kit that I had purchased before the head gaskets went. Due to the scope of the repair and what they had to do to complete it, it took a bit longer than expected, but the end result has been fantastic so far. The workmanship is clean. Everything is tied back up and looks factory. The truck runs and feels better than it has in a while. Acceleration is smooth, it sounds great, and the fuel mileage has gone up a bit. Great shop, great people, good communication. I will continue to use them for all of my service needs going forward. read more

So When i called to make an appointment to bring my truck in to have the fuel pump converted on a saturday just to find out they arent open saturdays by the manager Toren. Initially Toren sounded nice over the phone, buññt he forgot to hang up the phone and didn't realize I was still on the line, and well immediately I can hear him talking to the person next to him about what a piece of crap my truck was anyways and that I was stupid for trying to make a saturday appointment. Went in for a simple rear airbag install for an F-250. I was let down by abco at every opportunity. First the in person quote was 40% higher than over the phone. Second I told them I would only drop my truck if they could have it done on time. They caled on the last day at 1pm to let me know they cant finish the job. When I arrived i saw the job wasnt even started... Ended up installing myself the same day in 4 hours... Ive been in the auto repair space for about 10 years myself and have never had such an awful experience with a shop. The parts I purchased from the shop to finish myself were also missing hardware from the technician opening the packages. After installing I did not have a need for an air compressor. Alex told me multiple times over the phone I could take it back. When I wasted another hour drive over to ABCO I find out they wont take it back. Called to get a quote over the phone to get an idea what they would charge to install some parts First off the guy who answered the phone seemed grumpy from the get, then was rude when inquiring about my questions. He then said he wouldn't even work on my truck because the parts are "customer supplied" even though they're brand new in box. He seemed pretty upset he didn't get to get money outta me buying the parts from him. I recommend looking up other shops / calling around and going there.
