I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I wasn't looking for a perfect repair. Lawrence at the start asked if I wanted a perfect restoration or something reasonable. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. Last thing, I plan to come back with my other car that needs more extensive work but at least I know I'm dealing with someone who I can trust! :)

After inspecting it, he identified damage (caused by rats) to the transmission wiring harness, which had unfortunately caused internal damage. He walked me through everything clearly and provided a very reasonable estimate for a full rebuild. Throughout the entire process, Ed was easy to communicate with, always professional, and genuinely helpful with his advice. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond after the repair. I was told this type damage might be covered under my comprehensive auto insurance. Ed then took the time to work directly with my insurance company--providing detailed documentation and expert insight. Because of his effort and experience, the claim was approved and the repair ended up being fully covered. That level of service is rare these days. All the technicians at ABCO are thorough and strive to keep their customers happy. They take on all types of work and seem to be glad you bring it to them. They do anything from oil changes and minor services to complete engine and transmission overhauls as well as any type of brake and suspension work. I've always had a tough time trusting shops so I usually do the work myself but I have faith the work is done right at ABCO when I don't have the time to do it myself. The last time I was there they completed an alignment on my truck and installed new rims and tires as well as an exhaust system. My truck looks great, sounds a great deal better ( way quieter inside ) and actually drives straight which I've had a tough time with other shops getting the alignment completed correctly due to the truck being lifted. ABCO was able to get the alignment right the first time because their technicians are trained properly and take pride in their work. I always recommend ABCO for all your automotive and truck repair needs. read more

OMG the worst service ever. We had some car trouble and had AAA tow our car, he suggested OTOA and since were not from around here, we took it to his shop. First of all, the owner quoted us 700$ less than what it ended up being, and they didnt finish the job. we waited 3 weeks to have the power steering pump replaced and they said NOWHERE in the united states had one that was less that 1300$ (BS). We just paid the bill and took the car back, and we found one in less than an hour. just looked up the parts # and the dodge dealership had one right down the street. Not only this, but when we went back to the place to confront them about their stupidity, one of the mechanics almost punched my boyfriend and was getting all in his face saying he worked in parts for 20 years blah blah blah...well why couldnt you find a power steering pump and we did in an hour? horrible service, horrible job, complete waste of money. I work in the automotive industry and I happen to know about shops. I have always heard good thing s about Abco Fleet and Diesel so I decided to try them out. I had problems with my Chevy Duramax diesel truck. They diagnosed my diesel truck fast and accurate and gave me a fair estimate. When I picked up my truck it was clean and fixed right. They replaced my egr cooler and replace my injectors. I also had them change the fuel filter and my oil. Their shop is a clean and professional. They have factory scan tools and have lots of huge Snap-on tool boxes filled with Snap-on tools. When I was there I saw Del Worsham (The NHRA drag racing champion) they were dropping his vehicle off for service. I am very satisfied with Abco and I will only bring my diesels here from now on. read more

I went to this shop based off of Google reviews and was very impressed with the service. Donny and his crew helped me out with my Ram 2500 Cummins. I took in for an oil change and front end service and was very happy with the results and happy they were able to fix a few other issues that I probably would have left unattended until it was too late. Donny is a great guy and really knows his stuff. I was referred by another mechanic to take my diesel and have it looked at by Donny. I had a bad EGR valve and was experiencing stiction. Donny diagnosed it and fixed the issue. I took my truck in the morning and they had it done in the same day. My truck runs better than I can remember. It was a great experience. Great Cummins Diesel mechanics, I had my Dodge Cummins diesel in for repairs. Had a power loss problem, they Diagnosed with their Snap On scanner and found that a small amount of dirt in my fuel system was causing injector failure. They changed my Mopar fuel filter with genuine part, ran Lucas and BG chemicals through the fuel line and tank. Now running great, Thank Guys. read more

The job wasn't done properly at all. The leak continued after a small amount of driving. I hired another mechanic and the two of us decided to investigate and fix the leak. We took the cover off only to discover that there was no Gasket!! This is why it was leaking. I payed all of the money for the hourly rate only to have the problem not fixed. They had my vehicle for over a month, when I picked it up I opened the door only to discover there were parts left on the drivers seat. The parts were missing some bolts and nuts. I had to return to the shop and have one of the employees help me find the missing pieces. I put things back together myself, but what a blunder on their end. They installed a new Fuel Sending Unit as well, but that started to Leak and I had to properly replace and Install another Gasket. One last thing, someone at the shop was taking my vehicle out and about. I know this because when I left it there the first time my vehicle had a full tank. When I picked it up a quarter of a tank was missing. I thought maybe I was imagining it. So I filled it up a second time when I brought it back to them. Sure enough when I picked it up, it was down about a quarter of a tank. My tank holds a lot of fuel so it wasn't just them test driving it. This happed Twice. Businesses like this one have way too many vehicles in their shop. This is why these things happen, they are not able to do jobs properly because they are under pressure and doing too much. Start saying No we are too busy and don't be greedy! Pass on this shop and find yourself a Better automotive shop. I think the family is full of nice people, but the work is Unprofessional.

You pay for a diagnosis, but that is deducted if you get your car fixed there - which I think is very fair. You will pay a deposit up front before they work on your car, but that also makes sense. I also like that the cars are locked inside safely & it's a good part of the city. I also talked to one of his mechanics, very helpful. Shop looks organized, quite a few bays for multiple vehicles.
