I really hope Christie has improved her craft. She's very nice and cool to be around, which is the main reason I kept going to her, even though she gave me second degree burns. I went to Christie for about 3-4 sessions, I forget at this point... and what she did to me has made continuing removal extremely hard for me, the damage to my skin from her was THAT great in only 3 sessions. I have had to put removals on a huge halt over the years, I'm 5 years into removal, and at this point I'm 15 treatments in. Treatments have had to be extremely gentle due to how much hypopigmentation , hyperpigmentation and skin texture damage Christie caused. I put off my wedding as long as I could, thinking nearly 5 years would've been enough time to remove my half sleeve enough for a coverup... especially since Christie told me my removal should only take 6-8 sessions? Which In hindsight... is an INSANE red flag for lack of experience. Now, I hope she has improved her craft, and I genuinely hope the best for her... but having to spend my life covering myself, being embarrassed from the scarring, and knowing my hand will never be able to be in the sun again makes me think that leaving a review and upsetting Christie is nothing compared to what I've had to deal with and will have to continue spending thousands of dollars to try and fix. Think I'm dramatic? Look at these pictures. These are ONLY after Christie's sessions. Not any other technician I've gone to. Because of Christie, full removal may not even be possible anymore ... but my current technician is the best in the business.. so we shall see. I just wish I could go back. Defend myself against her gaslighting of , "you didn't ice enough". No amount of icing could have prevented any of this. I just wish I would've advocated for myself and challenged her "no refund" policy. I hope you think about me forever Christie, because I have no choice but to think about you every time I look at my freakin hand. I don't want to hear from you, I don't want an apology. I just want to warn people so they don't have to deal with what I've had to.

I strongly recommend avoiding LaserAll at all costs…read more When I began researching tattoo removal, I compared several providers before ultimately choosing LaserAll because their "owner," Johnny, offered a slightly lower price than competitors. Before signing up for the $1,250 treatment, I specifically told Johnny that I was likely moving out of state before completing the treatment series. He assured me this would not be an issue and explicitly promised to include in my contract that if I relocated, I would receive a prorated refund based on the number of sessions completed. This was written into my contract, and I have a photo of my contract to prove it. At my last appointment on August 5th, I informed LaserAll of my move and requested that the remainder of my PatientFi loan be canceled, as agreed upon in my contract. I was told Johnny would contact me the following day. He never did. Since then, I have called repeatedly (the clinic refuses to answer), and I have sent 4 emails to an address that I know is actively monitored--without a single response. Out of frustration, I escalated the matter directly to the loan provider, PatientFi. Only then did LaserAll finally respond to PatientFi (still ignoring my outreach), providing blatantly false information: they claimed I had received 5 treatments of "equal or higher value" than my loan amount and declared the dispute be closed. This is a complete fabrication and directly contradicts the terms Johnny promised me when I signed up. Even worse, PatientFi confirmed that LaserAll is paid the ENTIRE loan amount upfront, meaning customers have no recourse once the money is in LaserAll's hands. This is a predatory, dishonest setup. Johnny knowingly misled me and is running a scam. Reading other reviews, it's clear I am not the first person this has happened to. LaserAll is a deceptive company that preys on customers, and I strongly urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere.
