After seeing a negative review on here I felt the need to write a positive one because I for one cannot say enough about Dr. Bertolino. I first met Jack when he was working in family practice at a local urgent care, I appreciated his cut to the chase attitude and ability to fix me up and get me on my way. Months later my mother visited him in which jack gave her some advice that ended up being not only true but confirmed by a general surgeon about a year down the road, at this point Jack is 2 for 2 with me. So naturally when I sought out a practitioner for BHRT I went immediately to Jack who had a lengthy consultation with me explaining what I was getting, the good and the bad, and of course confirmed with me that I was prepared to begin treatment. I have slept thru the night for the first time in 2 years! I can go thru my day without a nap. When I came here my arms ached. I have been to see Dr. Jack for several things, including facial injections and fillers, Titan laser, cellulite smoothing, and hair removal. He is amazing, honest, and fair. He refuses to do more of any procedure than would make a person look natural. Take it from one of the before and after shots on his website - he knows his stuff. Regarding another reviewer - if you paid for something and you got what you paid for, what's the problem? I've gone in to Dr. Jack with a "face budget" and I ask him to do what he can with what I've got and he does just that. Before starting the Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, I was gaining weight rapidly, had no enery, ached all over, was blotted all the time, had hot flashes, night sweats, no sex drive, and felt like I was going down hill very fast.
