Came in for the Monday $5 medium special. A/C was out and it was unbearable - they should've just closed, honestly. The real issue, though, is that the employees apparently don't follow "first in, first out," so I got to sit through many people coming and going and getting parts of their orders without the rest while I waited for mine, since they were preparing smoothies in a completely random order. After 25 minutes of waiting in the hot, stuffy building waiting for my 2 smoothies, I finally can leave and bring them home. Then I taste them and realize they forgot the sugar and one was incredibly watery. It was like bland, slightly flavored water. I'm very disappointed with my experience. read more
