It's been a while since I've come here since I moved out of the area but man have things changed! I used to love coming here with my little one, but the service has gone straight down the drain! This is my third day in a row coming in, and each time it has been horrible. Today was the final straw when the cup my daughter got her smoothie in was damaged, the fact they still gave it to her, knowing the lid wouldn't sit right is one thing but giving me another cup with the same hand you were just pulling the garbage bag out of the trash can with is too far, oh and let's not forget he didn't even switch the cups, he just handed it to me, basically telling me "you can do it". I was craving a smoothie and thought "why not drop by Smoothie King" since I hadn't been in for a while. I was so disappointed today and very upset with my vanilla Hulk. Ugh! At first I thought they had made my smoothie extra thick which I typically love. But, I was just having such trouble getting anything through the straw. Upon removing the lid I saw so many large chunks of ice inside. They didn't blend this smoothie well enough at all. A $20 blender from the grocery store could do a better job than that! Wow! Now what was good and a pleasant new surprise for me was the toast options they had. I enjoyed a bogo offer in app as a welcome back so I was able to try the avocado toast and the peanut butter toast. Both were delicious. The cashiers attitude when helping me definitely could have better. I hadn't realized at the time of ordering that I wasn't able to use both my welcome back offers simultaneously and she was a bit snarky about it. It's no problem to inform the customer, but losing the attitude makes for a much more pleasant experience for all involved. I will happily use my other offer tomorrow at a different location. Surely I won't return to this one. Between the employees attitude and the worst smoothie I've ever gotten from a Smoothie King I would not come to this location again. I struck out today. Love how they used the Elizabeth granola- Staff hooked me up with generous portions- We even saved $4.00 Son got a green smoothie lemon ginger and plant based protein.. Excellent customer service along with breakdown of the items on the menu. Today I got the pineapple spinach 32oz smoothie and it tastes really really good. I didn't get to catch the name of the employee working behind the counter but I will definitely be coming back here. This smoothie king is conveniently located in a plaza that offers free parking. They also have other snacks and energy drinks and health conscious items that you can try. Please give this smoothie king a try and you won't regret it! read more

This is a good chain smoothie establishment. The staff here was very nice & helpful, they have lots of good options. One thing I really like about their menu is that they have them separated into categories that fit your health/fitness needs. Sad our smoothie place right by our house closed so we've been coming here since.. We get smoothies at least once a week. Good price, good variety smoothies (only had one not so good experience in the whole year we've been coming here.. So great odds eh? ) though I wished they had more green smoothies options. (you can kinda make your own if you so choose, but each extra thing cost money) I have my favorite (Lemon ginger spinach with tart cherries added.. Mm yumm!) We are also able to order ahead too so that's great. They have a rewards card too to aid in saving you a few dollars.. Easy to get points... Nearly every time I rack up enough to get the rewards. The employees at this location are EXTRA RUDE!!! I placed an order online for curbside pickup. When I got there, I called 4x with no answer. An employee eventually picked up then hung up. I called back and she picked up. I told her I was there for curbside pickup and she demanded that I come inside. I refused so she sucked her teeth and said man I'll be out there and hung up on me, never even asking what car I was driving. So I waited. I saw people go in and out and nothing. Finally the store was empty and my smoothie never came. I finally had to put on my mask and go inside and my cup was the only one waiting. I asked why it was never delivered and the girl said she thought I said another name and was waiting on me to call back. Again, my cup was the only one there and my car was the only one in the lot. Great tasting smoothies. This is my second time within a short period I come in to enjoy a drink. Went with my regular peanut butter power smoothie which has just what I'm looking for. However this time my experience was negative. My smoothie was far too thick, straw collapsed while I tried to drink and just didn't enjoy it. I brought this to staffs attention, and asked if they could simply blend this with some water. Mind you, I took a sip. I was given a "No, that would contaminate our containers." Logically, I understand, however, I imagine they must have many containers, and sterilize them anyways. No customer service this visit. Left disappointed. read more

My visit yesterday (Boynton Beach FL) was shocking and left a nasty taste in my mouth as a customer. Although the incident did not happen to me, I witnessed horrible customer service and overall just crappy service. As I was walking out of Smoothie King, a girl was leaving with her smoothie. After I ordered the same girl walked in and skipped me and 2 other women. She went to the front register drenched in her smoothie. The customer stated that the lid was not on tight and her smoothie feel all over her and her car. She asked for a rag that the company did not need. There was a woman (very nice lady) and a male working at the time. The woman proceeded to go to the back to grab a rag while one of the other customer attempted to help the customer who was wearing her Smoothie King smoothie. The male stopped the female coworker and in a rude tone asked her, "where was she going and to give her napkins". The girl a little upset/disappointed but calmer than I would have been asked if she would be able to get another smoothie. The female worker looked at the male worker who was hovering over her and the male then proceeded to tell the customer (who had left the store for 1 minute) that once you leave the store the company does not have to replace the smoothie. I probably won't EVER come to Smoothie World again (there's a Jamba, Planet Smoothie, and Tropical Smoothie within a few miles from this location) ever again. Not only was there no accommodations made but not even an ounce of concern from who I believe was managing the store. Not even a simple, Oh I'm sorry this happened to you. I hope the girl tells EVERYONE her story and the other 2 customers that were in the store. I surely will! read more
