If this were 2 days ago I would be writing a wonderful review with a high rating. However, my experience yesterday was so upsetting to me that I have to make it known. There was a young girl (Stephanie) making 2 smoothies for me and when I asked if she remembered to add extra in 1 of them, she gave me a nasty look and said yes. Of course, I told her not to have an attitude. After all, I am the customer and only asked a simple question. What followed was a disgrace. Stephanie was so rude and disrespectful to me. She clearly did not want to be there, nor should she. She is not equipped to be working in a service establishment with no customer service skills. I tried to find the owners phone number or email address to no avail so I hope he sees this review. I have frequented this location for years in Wellington and the staff has always been a pleasure. Until my interaction with Stephanie yesterday. I will end this review and say if she was my daughter, I would be so embarrassed!! Ordered ahead on a Saturday morning. Got in because we love this Jamba!! Seems like there were 2 workers. A few people came in and asked each other how we all order. No one helped a girl and she left. I waited for them to greet me also to ask about my own order. Another girl came in and did not get greeted either. After 5 mins, she actually asked me how we order. We both shrugged at each other. I went up to ask for my drink after about 10 minutes, and the girl told me it has been made and she doesn't call people when orders are complete. I asked her how do I know then if no one spoke to me during my visit? She had a bad attitude with her response. It's unfortunate because this was my go-to smoothie spot. I believe an all around welcoming and bright attitude might help this location. read more

This is one of the best locations, the workers were super nice & patient! Their smoothies, bowls, and juices are almost always fresh and refreshing especially after a workout! The location is in one of the plazas in front of the Wellington Green mall. It's very spacious and clean. I settled for a light mango a go go smoothie, which was full ofpassion fruit, mango, and pineapple sherbet. The roast chicken, honey dijon, and cheddar sandwich with the smoothie brought me to paradise. The service was alright. The guy behind the counter wasn't really too impressed with being there on a late Friday morning. The place doesn't have high chairs, so I had to go back out to get my son's stroller for him to sit in since they weren't accommodating on that aspect. When I asked about the kids meal options, I think he was surprised that I even asked such a thing. Oh well, I brushed it off and went on my merry way. My son had parts of my sandwich and sips of the smoothie and he was a happy boy! I wouldn't mind coming here again if I'm in the area, but maybe the mood behind the counter will be happier next time. I love jamba I even have the app!!! But I swear, every time I come to this Wellington Location is like they never have bananas! I came at 9:45. They open at 8:30!!! How did you run out of bananas every time I come? It's insane and very disappointing. No I DONT want extra strawberries or blueberries ! I WANT MY BANANA. Well rounded açaí bowl is what I want. I'm a bubbly happy person for the most part so I don't understand why I was given such an attitude. i also needed help on their jamba juice app and this guy in there named Darrien R rolled his eyes. I leave the gym next door and get a smoothie for the ride home from Jamba Juice. I ordered like usual than waited and waited... the manager talked and hugged employees. One employee walked in looked at my ticket and decided to make her friends smoothies first who ordered after me. I'll just use the cafe at La Fitness for my smoothie from now on. read more
