Today was the final straw when the cup my daughter got her smoothie in was damaged, the fact they still gave it to her, knowing the lid wouldn't sit right is one thing but giving me another cup with the same hand you were just pulling the garbage bag out of the trash can with is too far, oh and let's not forget he didn't even switch the cups, he just handed it to me, basically telling me "you can do it". At first I thought they had made my smoothie extra thick which I typically love. But, I was just having such trouble getting anything through the straw. Upon removing the lid I saw so many large chunks of ice inside. They didn't blend this smoothie well enough at all. A $20 blender from the grocery store could do a better job than that! Wow! Now what was good and a pleasant new surprise for me was the toast options they had. I enjoyed a bogo offer in app as a welcome back so I was able to try the avocado toast and the peanut butter toast. Both were delicious. The cashiers attitude when helping me definitely could have better. I hadn't realized at the time of ordering that I wasn't able to use both my welcome back offers simultaneously and she was a bit snarky about it. It's no problem to inform the customer, but losing the attitude makes for a much more pleasant experience for all involved. I will happily use my other offer tomorrow at a different location. Surely I won't return to this one. Between the employees attitude and the worst smoothie I've ever gotten from a Smoothie King I would not come to this location again. I struck out today. But, I still love Smoothie King.

It's usually clean and well-organized too, even on restock days, which I really appreciate. I also stay pretty stocked up on my favorites because this location tends to have good inventory. And can we talk about the organic selection? Aldi seriously delivers here, from meats, cheeses, and produce to canned goods, pasta, and drinks like coconut water and organic coffee. Since I try to eat and cook healthy, this is a huge plus for me, and Aldi's prices beat everywhere else, organic or not. A trip here isn't complete if you don't visit the "aisle of shame," which is my favorite! I always find something I didn't come for, and I often end up grabbing gifts or handy home items. They also carry specialty and limited-time food and drink finds here too. Honestly, I probably spend more time browsing this aisle than anywhere else in the store, haha! You must also bring your own bags. Items are a good price but I don't recognize any of the brand names. I will return or maybe try a different location as I feel like the time of the day might be the reason I had to get out of here. It was super messy and dirty on my visit especially the produce section. The store is low on employees keeping it clean.

Sucralose is a god awful substitute for sugar for health purposes and i just used to pass off a drink as being healthy. Cane sugar is like the best ingredient one can put in a carbonated beverage. The standard a beverage company should follow is as follows: "Drink our product because it has cane sugar. To offset all the sugar we are putting in our drinks, supplement with fiber." Anything with sugar hits the liver directly (leading to non alcoholic cirrhosis). Fiber is what helps to slow down the absorption in healthier amounts.
