First time there was earlier today.. when I went in, I assumed I had to wait out front so someone can verify my credentials like other shops. I waited for about ten minutes before another customer came in and said, "you can just go right back," WOW.. sure, they had lots of cameras, but I was there for a while, and apparently nobody saw me, so I immediately questioned the security. We loved Suttera until this visit. Ordered 1 oz that was 24% THC. Picked it up and looked at it in my car, the entire ounce was 14%. Went back in and was told that I must have gotten a different batch. Said they can't exchange product, so gave me refund and said to keep it. Sounds great except now I've used an ounce of my allotment and can't get anymore. Stuck with this lousy flower. Suttera's mistake and I suffer. I can only assume that the issue with the online ordering was the fact that I hadn't visited the dispensary before, because when I did visit, I had a completely different experience. This was a dispensary I used in Oregon, and the same experience was shared between both states. it's very clean, modern, and the ordering process feels like buying expensive handbags at the Kate Spade store in New York. Everybody was very kind, very knowledgeable, and eager to help. I'm not sure why but their credit card processor doesn't accept PNC Bank-but they do have an ATM so alls not lost. Staff is always helpful, happy, and knowledgeable. The building is extremely clean with ample parking. They do have curbside pickup which extremely useful during Covid. I ordered online and my meds were ready within 30 minutes. I used texting when I arrived and they brought out my order and credit card reader. They accept cash, debit or even credit cards. The staff has been following covid guidelines and they wear masks. They also have discounts for first and second time visit along with many weekly promos. The second trip I waited for my cousin in the car, as it was pouring, the manager came out and told me to "straighten that car"...Really??? went in to buy a full spectrum vape, was told by the lady it works "best" with our battery. went home tried all 6 batteries I got didn't work. went back to exchange it and they had me try it on their battery and it worked. manager proceeded to say ring him up a battery. I said no, i want to exchange or refund. If it worked with other batteries and "best" with theirs that would be a suggestive sale. the fact the vape ONLY works with their battery is a hustle and I'm not for that, saying if I want to use a vape i need to buy your battery, B.S. the manager and whole staff looked dumbfounded. I frequently shop at the Boynton Beach location and every time they have a sale their quality and strength is off. Today they advertised 50 % off so I hopped in the car and went . I purchased 4 eights 2 star dawg 20.5 % top tier $50 and 2 cakes at 21.5 % $50 top tier and they gave me 17.5 % t4 mini flowers stardawg and 17% cakes . I went back in immediately and they said that there is nothing that they can do! They are now history and I will never shop there again for flowers. Alyssa has terrible customer service. I've never had such an unpleasant experience at a dispensary. Went to Suterra Boynton Beach their customer service is usually okay Allie's wonderful there's some gentlemen that are lovely very knowledgeable but their manager is just nasty and really has a horrible sense of customer service. When you place an order online they're very quick to tell you they received your order it's packed or if you have a problem with your order they take forever to let you know so that you can't do anything about it. And you end up missing the sale. They will never ever take anything back even when you barely walk out the door realize something was open or sticky and they give you a hard time I will never ever return to Suterra Boynton Beach.Very sad they are right down the street from my house. Trulieve is a very nice facility as clean and new right down the street and the people are as pleasant and knowledgeable if not more knowledgeable. They say I have to choose a star rating even though I choose a zero star rating. read more
