I love smoothie king. I try to find one in every location I travel to. I always look it up to see if one is in the area. This location has the drive thur which is very convenient when you just don't feel like getting out of the car or its raining. I love 5 dollar Friday's. What a bargain. I have tried a few smoothies and loved every one. The staff is always friendly and suggests things to try in each smoothie. I'm a regular so I know but for some who don't know what is good in each that is very helpful. read more

Service!!!! Started out the associate did not know how to redeem a gift card. After waiting about 15 minutes one of two smoothies was done. When asked about the second one they had not started it. Total confusion and disorganization. We were not the only customers with orders not completed together. No apologies for the wait or the orders not being done to. Will not go back! read more

They don't have an idea how their bussiness works. 0% recomended. I request a refund for an order placed thru their app and they are refusing to do that. Employees have a poor training capacitation, but management I think needs to be re-trained read more

Was on a road trip and stopped by for a smoothie. I asked if I could make a custom order and was promptly told no. So I ordered an item on the menu and asked to remove 2 of the ingredients which is still a custom order, no? I got the peanut butter banana smoothie minus the dates and protein. When I got the order it was a frozen mess. The ingredients aren't fresh and everything seems like it comes from a frozen package. It was a frozen blob and tasteless. I would recommend you go somewhere elsewhere else. Clearly they have turnover issues as it is frequently staffed by new people who are very young, very poorly trained and poorly motivated. Orders take forever to make, they will not accept phone orders do you can save some time. Half the time I am not sure what they prepared, but it was no where close to what I ordered. I asked after the fact and the girl at the cash said that they cannot make that adjustment. The two employees did not have proper hygiene. The cashier started preparing the drinks after touching cash and coins from the register. The other employee and himself started conversing over the food while preparing it. (Disgusting) His hair was also greasy and all over his face covered in sweat. He was not using a hairnet. He dropped one of the containers on the floor for the smoothies and put it back on the table with the "clean" containers. He used his shirt that was covered in food to wipe his hands continuously. Wiping more germs and dirt on his hands. The smoothies tasted like dirt and filth. They obviously do not clean their equipment and material as they should and it's unacceptable. Especially in the food industry. Those are all basic requirements that were not met. They would not pass an inspection. The manager apologized and refunded my cash (expected) but that does not solve the cleanliness issue in that store. She also gave a free smoothie for the inconvenience but I will not be returning to that store. They should be more clean and efficient on a daily basis. (Especially during a pandemic) Very unsatisfied and disappointed. Some people refuse to learn from the pandemic and continue in their filthy ways. read more

It's a hit or miss location. I came in once and received friendly, quick service and an accurately prepared drink, but I came in another time and got very indifferent, slow service with an inaccurately prepared drink. I wouldn't be as mad about the incorrect drink order if I hadn't paid an extra $1 for pineapple that didn't end up in the smoothie. I also received my order ahead of two groups that had ordered before me, revealing a scattered and unorganized staff. Walked in and place smelled like bad fruit. Next two girls come From back, one red headed one black headed. Red headed very friendly and helpful. Black headed had long hair not tied back and not so helpful or friendly. When I questioned about the hair policy the red head said they are to have it in a pony tail or bun. The black haired girl continued to make our order then went in back and put her hair in pony tail. Not such a great experience. Smoothies were satisfactory. read more

I left and although my smoothie was pretty good, I've been vomiting for 30 minutes. Overpriced with little nutritional value other than high calories. You pay extra for any significant protein.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made my smoothie and a couple of others pretty quickly in my opinion. They also informed me about the rewards program as I had never known about it till then. The facilities were very clean as well. What I really like about this location is they have a few REALLY comforatable chairs if you want to hang out and they have the music at a perfect level, although they are willing to adjust the volume if you want it quieter or louder. read more

Other stores are OK but not this one. My wife road her bike to this store to buy $30.00 worth of Quest Protein Bars. When she asked for a drink of water the clerk said there is a $0.20 charge. This is AFTER spending $30.00. Worst customer appreciation we have experienced in a long time. Penny wise and dollar foolish. read more
