The rainbow cookie latte was a mocha, raspberry type coffee with a very mild raspberry foam. I typically don't like mocha or raspberry coffees but this was absolutely amazing. The flavor was not artificial at all and was very mild. I almost didn't even notice the foam was raspberry until I tasted it by itself. It also came with a small piece of rainbow cookie. While I didn't order the rainbow cookies specifically and just got it with my drink, I'm not sure that I have a 100% accurate review of the cookie. But, the cookie was decent. I'm an Italian from New York so the bar is a bit high, but a bit more moisture would've made it perfect. The inside had a good amount of seating and nice atmosphere.

What really stood out was how 7 Brew has something for everyone--not just coffee lovers, but also those who don't typically drink coffee and simply enjoy a fun treat or an energy boost. Some of our non-coffee-drinking teachers especially loved the Birthday Cake Shake, the Iced Sugar-Free Banana Bread, and the Iced Fruit Roll-Up Fizz with raspberry, peach, and white chocolate, just to name a few favorites. The sugar-free options were a huge bonus and greatly appreciated by the teachers. The 7 Brew crew was incredibly efficient, taking orders ahead of the pay window to keep everything moving smoothly. TWO month laster I visited for a third time. Guess what lol. They're out of cold brew once again. I went at 9am on a Tuesday and they were DEAD. How do you not have cold brew ready? I know you want it fresh but the shelf life on that is 3-5 days if stored properly. Anyways, the barista said they run out of things quite frequently and it becomes frustrating. So, I left without ordering anything. Oddly, all three times I've been there Ryan hasn't been. So not sure what's going on. I sure liked his business when it was just a small trailer. There's a second Starbucks being built just down the road from his shop. He's surrounded by them now. His prices are more expensive than Starbucks by a lot.
