This Smoothie King is very close to my house so I have tried it many times. These are my complaints: Extremely slow, often taking over 15 minutes to get my order, even if I'm the only you in line. This is the most poorly ran establishment in Canton. On more than one occasion, this store has not been open during business hours. More often than not, this location does not have 90% of ingredients to make anything on the menu. Management needs serious work. Currently here on a Sunday afternoon, only 2 people working, I've been waiting over 35 minutes for my smoothie. 3. Staff not properly trained: touching their hair and faces the preparing drinks, don't know what they're doing while making drinks, ignore customers when they walk in the door because they're too busy with their own superficial conversation, drinks aren't consistent...they don't follow the recipes. read more

Covid or not, it shouldn't be too hard to read the directions sent in through a food delivery app to the store. Four times now I have requested extra strawberry be added to my beverages (at an extra cost to me). Now all four times it's like the completely take the strawberries out of my smoothies, and substitute with brown over ripe bananas. The smoothies usually have a good flavor. The staff here is somewhat slow and they focus on the drive through versus walk in traffic so if you are in a hurry keep that in mind. 4.24.24 I visited 6124 Hickory Flat Hwy drive through and ordered a Power Punch Plus with caffeine. A male stated there were two different supplements with caffeine so I asked how much caffeine was in each so that I could make a choice. He said he would need to look at the containers to find out and I asked that he do so and drove to the window. He came to the window and had no answer but tried to distract from the question. While I was conversing with him, a black female came to the window, and iin no uncertain terms indicated they didn't need to address my question. I asked her to call the owner and ask how much caffeine was in each if she didn't know. She began yelling and abusing me verbally nonstop. I finally told her she needed to shut up and listen to my request. At this point she lost her mind and slammed the drive through window in my face while yelling ridiculous comments about how she thought she was being disrespected, etc. This pathetic excuse for customer service cannot be tolerated by anyone. She clearly did not have an answer to my question and further behaved like she was accountable to no one. As such, I will post this experience on social media and encourage boycotting. read more

I love smoothies as a meal replacement from time to time. Although they use frozen and sweetened fruit, you can significantly lessen the carbs by asking for No Honey, No Turbinado. I find this to be a good way to kick start after eating out so much. read more
