Love them or hate them....in my little city of Woodstock we have no good independent coffee houses ever since Woodstock Coffee House closed down.....so most days I am stuck with either homemade coffee or Starbucks...... I like this Starbucks because they have a fast drive through even during peak times. The service is good and the coffee is good too. My only complaint and it's nothing they can do about it....parking.....it's just a pain in the behind to park around here. The place is always jamming and people always seem to back out without looking in the rear view mirror but this is not Starbuck's falt..... If I'm in the area and need caffeine. I am always annoyed with this Starbucks. So I always get there this evening and order 2 caramel ribbon crunch, oat milk, no whip, 2 shots blonde espresso in each and line the cup with mocha sauce. I go through the drive-thur and begin my order and Anthony decides to continue to cut me off. When I finally get to the window, I say "hello", he says nothing. I get my points scanned on my phone, then use my card to pay, still this kid says not 1 word. I say, "thank you". NOTHING. So I ask him if he speaks & he says "no". LOL what a joke!!! Then I get home only to realize neither one of my drinks are lined with mocha sauce. This was my last straw at this location and I never do reviews. Drinks are always made subpar to any other Starbucks around here. Drive thru is incredibly slow compared to surrounding Starbucks and whoever they schedule the drive thru is STRUGGLING. I order my drink at any other Starbucks and have no issues, Phyllis at the drive thru is very kind but please move her to a different position she confuses the heck out of everyone in the drive thru. read more

Says on Google and Starbucks app that it opens at 5:30am every day and it does not. Ordered my drinks on the app for pick up at 6am because it said they were open, it's 6:30 and they still haven't gotten unlocked the doors. It's ok to not be open early, but don't say you are. read more

Great drinks every time, good service also. Just wish they had a more organized system for mobile orders. It's usually just a bunch of people standing around and a sometimes busy barista that you hate interrupting to ask to check if your order is ready. Others stores have rows broken down into alphabetical sequences for you to grab n go off the counter. read more

I love going to this Starbucks! They are always friendly and welcoming! I like coming inside and chatting with them as well! Horrible service, extremely rude brunette girl. She missed a couple of things and when we asked her for them she got upset and irritated. Also during this pandemic NONE of the baristas or anyone handling food were wearing gloves. HORRIBLE. When I asked her why they were handling my food ans drinks with no gloves she replied "we wash our hands". WEAR GLOVES! I am someone who is at risk! I threw away my drinks after that crap! Looks like this is an AM only store now. I've come by this location multiple times in the evening and they are never open. Each time the sign gets earlier and earlier closing times. The last time I came by it said 7:30. I was at the store at 6:45 this time. Like I understand covid is a thing but why can't this location actually staff at night like the others? I didn't even know this Starbucks was here! It's actually slightly closer to me than the one I used to think was closest to me. I wouldn't have noticed it had I not been making a visit to the Walmart in the same shopping center. I went around 5 p.m. and it wasn't busy at all. I was able to grab a table right away and get some work done. It took them a while to make my frapp, though, despite being the only person waiting on a drink, and the staff wasn't exceptionally friendly. Whatever. Not extremely important, but worth mentioning I suppose. The inside is nice and spacious. It was pretty cold in there, though, and this is coming from someone who is *always* hot! I'll bring a sweatshirt next time. Perhaps I should've sat outside. They have a really large patio and it'll be nice to sip some hot coffee out there when it gets a bit chillier. The parking lot is a one-way lot, so you have to circle around the building before you can park, just FYI. I almost turned in the wrong way before I saw the sign. Not sure if I'm just inattentive or if there needs to be a better indicator. Still a MUCH better parking lot than 99% of Starbucks stores as they don't have to share with any other businesses. read more

Great location for Starbucks (right near my house). The store is clean and the staff is friendly. It's a great place to come to work outside of home and office; there are usually others working here as well, and there are plenty of outlets to plug in your computer along with the free WiFi. The coffee is always fresh and if you're a gold card holder your refills are free. read more

After checking what time this location closed, which is 8:30 p.m. we arrived at 8:22 and when we got to the speaker to order it was 8:27 and the automated voice came on saying they were closed. The cars in front orders were taken and for some reason they refused my service. This is very unprofessional and when we got to the window to ask they closed and locked the window and walked away. Will not be coming back to this Starbucks in the future. read more

My experience here is different each time i come. Sometimes its very good customer service & other times its terrible. Dont bother with the drive through during busy hours. It's not their fault, but you'll be waiting a very long time, wasting your gas in the process. I would say most of the people who work here are very kind, but their are a few who make me wonder how they got hired in the first place. I usually wouldn't rate a Starbucks, but this one is right across the street from my house. These guys are always friendly, helpful and quick with the life juice in the am hours. I like having a place where my dog and I can go on a Saturday morning when I'm out of coffee at home and I want to punch myself in the face for forgetting to buy some whole bean at Publix the day before. I usually roll through the drive through and get a Venti-Skinny latte, a pound of Pikes roast and a dog biscuit for Buffett. No charge for the biscuit, but I guess the $17.00 coffee covers it. read more

I used to be a barista so I know what goes into a Customer Snapshot, which is when the corporate office will send in a "fake" customer to assess how a particular location is doing. I've been here about three or four times, and I think of the Customer Snapshot every time because I'm pretty sure they'd end up with a do-over each time to give a chance to improve. I don't care so much about not being offered my receipt or given an alternative suggestion when something I want is unavailable (which happened), but I've been here twice when I waited a really long time for my drink (six or seven minutes, when there wasn't a crowd). Both times I asked about the drink (thinking it got lost because no one was around the espresso machine), to have it be made eventually and put on the counter without acknowledgement of my existence. People come to Starbucks because of the service, so that was a a bit of a bummer. In terms of the ambience here, however, it's great - there's a good deal of seating both inside and outside, and I've never had an issue with parking (they have their own lot). The drive-through is also convenient. read more

Staff was unfriendly and didn't listen to our order well. When my wife informed the clerk it was made wrong, she was immediately asked "Well, did you ask for that?" Yes, in fact, she did ask for that but you weren't listening. My beverage was made about 2" short of the top of the cup; I don't mind but I thought it would be noted. We won't be visiting this location any more; our normal location is much friendlier and more professional. read more

I spend a lot of time here and the staff is very friendly and they are very helpful. In the mornings they have a lot of car traffic so it does get quite busy, and sometimes a slow customer in line holds everyone else up, but these guys are pretty efficient. This is one of the worst Starbucks I've been to. They are often slow. Inside on several occasions they have totally forgot me and my order. I don't know how these things are set up but it must just be mismanaged. Oh yeah, outside under the drive thru window, it often looks septic and disease riddled. People are nice enough and appear competent, just doesn't work out many times. read more
