She is very knowledgeable and super helpful. I've seen her help direct people to find different things around the store, get the right person to help a customer in specific departments... and just the other day a customer dropped a large glass bottle and the contents exploded. Lauren was there first with a broom, dust pan, and a safety barrier to help the other employees make quick work of cleaning up the mess so it wouldn't impact other customers. Great team work!

I notice that they carry things that other bigger retailers don't carry and I really enjoy that. The cashiers here are very nice and I like that they offer a good return or exchange policy in case you aren't happy with an item. I had bought a face cream from here named Acure and that very night I used the cream and had a really bad reaction to it. So the next day I brought it in for an return/exchange and they happily took it back and I bought other items with the refund. I will say that there are some items that are pricier than normal but again sometimes it's worth it because these items are rare and hard to find.
