After she waited on at least 7 people ahead of us she was still so very kind and very welcoming - I appreciate that !! Me and my two kids (10 and 8) showed up at 6:54 straight from practice. Doors were locked. Through the glass we can see people still inside, including a kid standing in line. An employee yells through the door, "We close at 7." I tell her it's not 7 yet. She walks over, checks the register, mutters an explicit, and shrugs it off. If your staff can't tell time, locks doors early, and has zero accountability when called out, you've got bigger problems than just losing a few customers. You didn't just lose three customers tonight, you lost my family permanently. read more

I'm first in the store, it's not that busy and so my original wait time is like 10 minutes. I'm here 40 minutes after I ordered because 1) the girl working got my order wrong, and 2) she stopped to eat and talk to friends while actively working. The cross contamination is just disgusting. She ate a cookie, didn't wash her hands, and proceeded to make my bowl. read more

Attention to management: if you're going to roll out a Bogo promo for the whole state, at least make sure you're staffed properly. A 50min in store wait for two smoothies is ridiculous. The entire time we were in the store, there was one employee working until about 40min into that wait. The only nice thing I can say is about the kind woman employee slaving away by herself at the hand of her management. Didn't get her name but it was at appx 12:30pm on 12:19. I enjoyed my bowl and the service! I find all açaí type bowls are pricey so I know what to expect. You are really paying for the quality and variety of ingredients. The variety of the various bowls and smoothies was impressive. I went out on a limb and tried something totally different...the greens guru. I really enjoyed the kale and cucumber mix. I never write reviews or complain, but today I have to. I have visited the Cross Peak location many times and never had any issues. If there were any issues, I just let it go. Today I ordered a Southern Lemon from the Cross Peak location, and I didn't like the taste. I added oat milk, but I didn't think it was added, so I asked for a remake or something different, to which the cashier declined to do. I have been a rewards member for a while, probably since they opened, and I guess I'm just disappointed. Needless to say, I won't be visiting again. $11 went down the drain today, and I work way too hard for that to happen again. I honestly think the acai bowls are really good! just don't get anything else. read more

Bowls are SUPER expensive and small. They did not have açaí or bananas, so most of the bowls were not even an option. I would recommend going somewhere else. I arrived this morning around 9:45 for my pick up order. When I got there the door was locked with a lockbox open on the door...the key was inside of it. There was another customer inside who ended up letting me in the door and she whispered "you'll need patience" to me as she let me in. This girl seemed extremely stoned. I told her that I was there to pick up an order and she said that she couldn't find the ink to the printer so she hadn't started working on my order. She didn't have a print out for the other lady's order and she kept messing it up. I told her that I had to leave for work which is why i placed a pick up order and she just said ok bye. When I asked about a refund she had me write my phone number on an envelope so someone could call me. I'm still waiting for a phone call. read more

I was so excited when we had a coupon in the mail to try Rush Bowls. We had 2 different bowls, the Summit and Greens Guru. Both of them tasted like - nothing ! Vibrant colors and nice toppings but I believe they were watered down with way too much ice. We even tasted each other's and the taste was identical, no taste at all. What a disappointment. I am truly glad we had a coupon and did not pay 26 dollars for this colored frozen water. Aside from that the person behind the counter was coming across quite stressed and did not ever even smile at any of the customers. This might be because the line was long and she was all by herself. Nevertheless I will not return. I have had amazing bowls at Inta Juice before so I have a direct comparison. read more
