The Taro Milk Tea was phenomenal, and the popping boba selection looked incredible but unfortunately they were out of everything I was asking for and settled with two random flavors. The ambience is amazing, very cool place to hangout, they have board game, books and a TV. They also have a Pac-Man machine. Every occasion I've gone was around 9-10 PM. They've always been relatively quick to provide us and also helpful with the questions we have about the menu. The boba itself is really good in my opinion. I like the passionfruit drink, sweet and refreshing. The tiger milk tea was also really good and had a very smooth taste. Additionally the Red Velvet Latte was probably the best, tasted like a smooth and creamy chocolate but distinguished itself with a sweetness that's not found in their mocha or chocolate drinks. Their menu online on their website also has a lot of drinks that their in-person menu won't display, ex. the red velvet latte doesn't appear in person on their menu, but you can still order it and they will recognize it. The food (not pictured) was a little underwhelming, the waffle fries were soggy (albeit well seasoned) and the dumplings/potstickers were just alright. Everytime we came the funnel fries were not in stock unfortunately. If you're planning on going for the boba and tea, then this is the place to go, I think their menu is more diverse than ALittle Tea and quality is better than Teapioca Lounge. read more

We pass by this establishment often but haven't been here until this weekend. We had visitors in town and wanted to look for a new dessert place. Don't look any further... They are located on the corner of Austin Bluffs and Barnes, next to Little Caesars Pizza. They have a PAC Man game and Street Fighter arcade. My littles immediately went to it while we decided what to order. Their fruit smoothies are made of fruit not powder so this is a big plus. I was intent on getting my usual wintermelon tea but as we were ordering, I saw them make a drink that looked interesting. It was their strawberry matcha latte. This has to be one of the best drinks I've had here in Colorado. You have a choice to add a topping which I chose boba. They also carry appetizers which I have to come back for. I wish I actually took a picture of the salt and pepper wings !! They were so full of flavor and cooked perfectly! They are delicious and definitely worth trying at least once! The gal who took my order was adorable too...I called ahead and she was bubbly (no pun intended) and knew what she was talking about! When I showed up to pick up my order the gal and I believe the owner greeted me with super huge smiles and my order was ready!! Try the Vietnamese coffee, traditional name is cà phê sữa đá (you can pronunciate it as 'cafe Sooda') They make it just like the traditional coffee and it's delicious! Their coconut and taro smoothie is also wonderful and flavorful and the taste reminds me of being in the Philippines! The inside is adorable and full of things to look at...they have a games to play, kewl places to sit, and bunch of stuffed toys with the boba theme for all of them! Super kewl place to go to! This is the second time I come to this place. We ordered a bubble gum boba and a Vietnamese coffee with boba. My kid enjoyed hers and I definitely enjoyed mine. I asked about reducing the sugar content for the coffee one and it came out perfect for me. The reason for the 4 stars was a surprise credit card fee on my receipt. I do not mind if I am aware ahead of time as that would allow me to make an informed decision on how to pay. I would recommend a sign (employees were very kind in figuring out with me what cc fee meant) to let customers know that there is a credit card transaction fee. Bottom line, I will come back again and probably pay cash instead. read more

So as I was sitting there waiting for my drinks, I happened to be watching the way they were being made and I noticed that they used what looked like syrups instead of the powders that I've seen used at other boba places. We had about 6 drinks in our group and everyone thought they were abnormally too sweet from what we normally order at Teapioca. My other complaint was that as I watched the drinks being made, I noticed the blender wasn't cleaned or rinsed out before doing my drink. I ordered a peach flavored drink and it straight up tasted like bubble gum. I get that it's a new business and they're a little short staffed but that's definitely a corner that shouldn't be cut! One person in my group is lactose intolerant and we specifically made a point to make sure her drink had no dairy in it but she still wound up with a tummy ache after drinking her drink. They offer a wide varieties of drinks and many different appetizers. I got the strawberry milk tea with mixed popping bobas, green apple fruit tea with mixed popping bobas, and fried dumplings. The drinks were so good, not too sweet. The fried dumpling paired with their sweet and sour sauce was delicious. Their service was excellent! All the staffs were really nice and friendly. I got the a cherry blossom milk tea, and asked them if it was on the sweeter side, and if it wasn't if they could please add a little more sugar. Now I got my drink, and my boba was very over cooked, it was basically like mush- not chewy - almost inconsist type of texture, it didn't melt it my mouth but it was more of a consistency that wasn't enjoyable. Now for the drink, no flavor at all!! I was kind of sad and disappointed, I was very excited. It tasted very watered down and maybe like a teeny tiny bit of flavor. i've been there quite a few times and everytime i go, it always looks clean but they use old rags to clean everything? and of what i can see, all they do is rinse out the cups with water after they use them. for every drink. the bathrooms are hardly ever clean i asked one of the people who worked there if they got all their tips and they said "kind of" like what does that mean? does the manager take their tips? all the food is from the store, i can tell by their packaging, and moldy cheesecake? gross. the drinks are okay, they're made well and it's quick, but i wouldn't trust that the things they use are very clean. the tables are sticky sometimes and there's a huge bubble in the floor. when i went there was only one person making probably over 10 drinks. i expected better considering their high prices. read more

There are a lot of fun boba options here! There are also some appetizer style items here which is nice. There are a few seating options along with some board games, a small arcade style game and foosball table. I came with my 9 year old daughter and it met expectations with a couple exceptions. The prices on the menu (digital on wall) for food and what I was being charged were not the same. As I was being rang up, I mentioned that all the food items were a dollar less on the menu. Instead of adjusting it to what was on the menu, she told me that the prices were correct from the register. Not a great business practice, but at least she was nice. From Facebook pictures my daughter wanted to come here for their boba squishmellows as well. They were not original swuishmellows and they were asking double to retail price of the real thing. She was so disappointed! Fortunately, that same day we found one for 1/4 months the price they were asking (for the real thing). They would sell a lot more if they lowered the price to something reasonable. The large ones were $99 - they're at Cosco for $13.99 (same size and the Squishmellow brand boba) Overall their pricing needs some work, but we will be back again. read more

I was really excited to try this place because I love boba tea and they looked like they had a variety of fun flavors online. I went in the store and there were three people working. I asked what type of tea was in certain drinks and the girl helping me acted like she had no idea what was in most of the drinks. She said they either have black or green tea. And I asked which ones didn't have caffeine. She stated all green tea doesn't have caffeine. Which most people know that in fact green tea does have caffeine. This was concerning to me since I am sensitive to caffeine and can't have it after a certain time of day. And I have been to other boba places often that have certain drinks without caffeine. She continued to argue with me about whether green tea has caffeine and couldn't answer any basic questions I had about what was in any of the drinks. She just said I don't know. The same girl who was in her late 20s early 30s with short hair also pointed out the cold sore on my face that I had medicine on, and told me " you have something on your face." I was shocked that she pointed this out because I was already not feeling the best and just wanted to have a nice experience at this place with my friend.That was completely inappropriate to say to a customer or anyone for that matter. And I said " it's a cold sore and it really hurts, thanks for noticing." She even smirked at me when she said it. I have not experienced anyone in customer service that was ever that rude. It was very sad because I was excited to try the food and drinks, and was completely disappointed by the poor service. This girl had no knowledge of any of the drinks and had such a bad attitude immediately. Very disappointing experience. Will unlikely come back again unless they hire more knowledgeable and respectful employees. If you're going to work in customer service, be kind. And if you don't know the answer to something, ask for assistance and maybe don't argue with your customers. Simple as that! read more
