I came here on Friday and the drive through was long. It went by very fast though and got to the menu after maybe 10 minutes. I usually am able to order an off menu drink called the premama since they have all the ingredients, but they gave me an immediate no. I thought that was weird because other locations do it no problem. Regardless, I ordered another drink plus a boost. NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS!!!! The other employee saw it too. "I " spoke up about it because that is out right filthy!!!!! Smoothie King had no strawberries, no peanut butter and no bananas. The employee that was working kept repeating that to people arriving in the drive thru. Most smoothies has bananas. This location is NOT a franchise. WHAT IS THE ISSUE HERE????? Then they have an option for tips.........tipping for what reason? I went inside and I am so glad I did. They also had issues opening on time but recently I'm going in later so I can't confirm that today. The young lady there in the morning is prompt, accurate and professional. Their drive-thru has a sliding door and the employee steps out with your tasty beverage Out of the many times that I've been here they're usually very fast and efficient. If I was going to take off any points it would be because they're directly off of Lemmon Avenue. Which is pretty busy but you can just go back around the back side and exit that away gives you many more options to get out of the area. read more

I think customers are looking for the proper funds and causing delays. Slow service via drive-thru. I visit a couple times a week. They often try to hand me the wrong smoothie and/or the wrong price. This location makes great drinks. However, my only problem is when I choose to order here from Uber eats.. they never safety seal the drinks and I feel that this is a big issue. Due to the pandemic and the sometimes untrustworthy drivers, I feel as though this is a necessity that needs to be considered when making drinks for courier services such as Uber eats/Doordash etc. I wait about an hour each time, willingly, just to receive my drink and be rather skeptical on whether I should drink it or not. I order from the Pacific location and they never forget to seal the sides and the top straw hole, which guarantees freshness and safety. I love Smoothie King but always hate having to wait in line because it always takes awhile. I ordered my smoothie on the app and chose curbside so I wouldn't have to wait in line. I got in the designated area and called the number and the girl says "your order is ready. Please go through the drive through." Not only does that defeat the whole purpose of choosing curbside pickup, but it shows how lazy the workers are. I had to wait in line for 20 min because there were 7 cars ahead of me. By the time I got my smoothie it was warm and watered down. I got a 40 oz smoothie and couldn't even drink it and wasted $10. I tried calling the store but no one answered. I was in line 20 minutes before this location closed after coming from the one on Mockingbird who stated they were having system problems. There was a long line and I got to the box at 8:59 with only one car behind me. They had completely stopped taking orders but I still had to wait in the line until getting to the door and being told I could not order because the system shuts down right at 9pm. I really feel like this location isn't designed to be successful. I get in line this morning with the drive through being full up to the ordering screen. I already understand that it will take a minute and I'm cool with that. I order my smoothie and by the time I get to the window to pay it's been 20 minutes. It's annoying, but it is what it is. Once I pay she hands me my card and tells me I have to pull around and Park to wait inside for my smoothie. If I wanted to come in then I would have done it in the first place.
