Disappointed.. the staff were kinda rude and playing on their phones the whole time.. they also don't have water or any beverages for purchase.. so while eating my froyo I just got really thirsty and there was nothing I could do about it.. just kinda odd not to even have water ? Overall just disappointed

My experience at Yumilicous was great! the self serve ice cream stations were clean and I enjoyed getting to sample different flavors. The staff were friendly and ensured all the tables were clean. The ambiance was great and was perfect for a fun date night activity

Great toppings and location in uptown but they have very limited flavors and don't offer samples. Probably the least appealing froyo place I've been to in a minute. Only 5 flavors available (chocolate, tart, raspberry, pomegranate, and vanilla) and I was more surprised they didn't offer mini sample cups. Honestly made me super hesitant on getting a lot because you can't figure out which flavor you like. I'd opt for another froyo place unless you know which of the 5 flavors you like. Im sure they have a reason on why they don't allow u to try anything- but they can easily implement a 2 sample cap rule and I'm sure they'd receive more business.

Staff is rude and has zero customer service. Their hours online and printed on the outside of the door say they open at 11am. I tried walking in at 11:50 and the manager saw me and wouldn't come to the door until I knocked. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and treated me as if I was an inconvenience. I drove all the way here because I had a craving for ice cream. The least she could have done was be kind since her failure to list her hours correctly outside of her business and online actually caused me an inconvenience. I will never be returning. Much better places to go in dallas than here.

Who doesn't love a nice frozen yogurt during the hottest month in Texas!? Well, I certainly do & this place was pretty decent! They have about 6-8 flavors to choose from and a whole lot of toppings. I felt comfortable with the cashier placing the toppings on my froyo (due to current times, customers aren't allowed to serve themselves) . It was good, but just keep in mind that the more you load your cup of toppings & yogurt the more expensive, which is the only downside.

This store is located just down the block from my apartment, so I thought I'd come to check it out! There's a great number and range of yogurt flavors (including avocado tart?!) and toppings, and the service was helpful and friendly. It was a tad more expensive than I expected, but worth how "yumi" it was. Definitely worth checking out!

My Toast Reward Points balance as I left the shop when she told me I didn't have enough points to use.... It's called consumer fraud.

Another terrible run in with that wretched bitter dried up old female manager. She literally is losing this company business. I've read SO MANY HORRIBLE reviews about her here. Seems strange corporate doesn't care. Maybe they don't know still somehow? I've had the exact same problems with her as several people down below: she's rude as can be, unfriendly to the point of being aggressively mean, unwelcoming. She either doesn't understand their "reward" system or enjoys ripping people off by not letting them use their valid points and not adding new purchases to your point balance. Something must be done about this shrew.

Expensive yogurt, no samples allowed, and a tip prompt for basic counter service. Not worth it.

I found parking across the street behind Botolino. Upon walking in, Milk and Cream was roomy and clean inside with a fresh sweet smell lingering about in the air. The woman behind the counter was patient as I was putting what I wanted to order together in my head. The prices and three steps for putting your order together are on the wall. You pick a donut, ice cream flavor, and then toppings. I got a plain donut, cookie butter ice cream, and sliced almonds for a topping. I have never had a donut ice cream sandwich. The donut was not sweet and more on the dryer side. It was more of a substitute for a cone and it worked. It was different but charming in its own way. The ice cream flavor was similar to biscoff with less of a ginger flavor profile. It was smooth, sweet, and flavorful. Milk & Cream is alright with me.

I opted for the lavender vanilla because it was the most interesting , the taste was well balanced. I paired it with a glazed donut I didn't have a topping because honestly I wish all these pop up ice cream shops understood yes a nice photo on Instagram is great but what about taste. Adding dry cereal as a topping..who thought of this? The texture of creamy ice cream then here comes hard dry cereal cutting the roof of your mouth. Anyway back to the donut.. I'm not sure what recipe you are using but I'm sure there's a better one out there because the donut took away from the ice cream. But I do respect that this is your concept it's just not something I enjoyed. I would still buy your ice cream if I'm in the area with a craving.

Aside from the only one employee doing all the work, this was such a great find for us! We're always looking for dessert shops who don't add a bunch of added junk to make things taste good. This was such a treat for us since I am a diabetic, I can't really enjoy many desserts since they spike my sugar levels, so I was glad that we found a place that only sweetened their ice cream with honey. I got the Honey flavor with some fresh strawberries and it just hit the spot for my little ice cream craving. My husband got the same thing a cone with some peanuts and he loved his as well. Can't wait to be back!
