The 130 Scenic Gulf Drive Miramar Beach FL location is off the chain. I am from NYC and not easily impressed but the 2 young ladies who work there run the shop and treat the guests as if they owned the shop! I have to really think to try recall a better customer service experience! Even when they are very busy. The smoothies are delicious but I come back every day because of Yashawya and Victoria! They don't do any kind of loyalty program. The guy laughed at me when I handed him my card that I was using in Gulf Breeze. Whatever. Even when its 90 degrees outside there's no AC - just a fan. It is intolerable. There's never anyone in here when I go, and I'm not surprised. read more

Stopped in this week for a quick smoothie lunch. They were out of so many different products i asked for three different things on the menu and they couldnt make any of them but offered similar substitutes. I thought maybe they had a problem with their products getting delivered but was told by a friend this is a routine thing and that even though the owner was aware he continues to not keep stock adequately supplied so you never know if you're going to be able to get what you want. The girl working was sweet and i was embarrassed for her as she was trying her best. My friend says she has gotten smoothies made with different ingredients than what was supposed to be in them because the staff didnt tell her they were out of things and just made something "close" to what she ordered. I wont go back but will stick with tropical smoothie right up the street . read more

Huge smoothie king fan. This is by far the worst location in the country. I've had two bad experiences in a row and most recently the guy working there by himself didn't know how to make the smoothie I asked for (carrot kale dream) instead of telling me he didn't know how to make it he tried without saying anything. Oh boy.... Where to begin. Used to go visit the beach pretty regularly and at the end of the day always got a smoothie. Recently decided to go to smoothie king after a visit to Destin, and boy was I let down. Asked them if they have anything that resembles a piña colada smoothie. No they don't, they don't have any coconut products. So my wife settled on a something else. I ordered a large mangosteen smoothie and they neglected to fill it to the top. I had to ask them to fill it to the top. I told them if I'm spending $8 for a large they could at least fill it up. They did. Smoothie was not really that good to be honest. I also ordered 2 kids smoothies for my children. I tasted every smoothie that I ordered. None of them were delish. I won't be going back on next beach trip. read more

This was my first time going to a Smoothie King and I absolutely love it. Sheena was very friendly and helpful. She told me her favorite smoothie and then told me other favorites and which were some fruitier flavors. The one I chose which was the Apple Kiwi Kale Smoothie and it is delicious. I loved this place! It is a little pricey in my opinion, but it is totally worth the price! While I was staying in my condo in Florida, I walked across the street to have a smoothie for breakfast every morning and it was great every morning!
