After a morning of basketball for our teen boys, we were wanting something quick, filling, and healthy to hold them over until their afternoon game. We've been to other Smoothie King locations and have always had good experiences. Their menu is extensive enough so there's something for everyone. I tied their toasts for the first time during our visit and loved it! It was filling for sure, but it was tasty. I got the peanut butter with fruits on top, as well as the mango/kale smoothie. We did have a large group (10 people) so the orders weren't coming as quickly as we liked, but it wasn't horrible. Orders came out correctly and the girls preparing them were nice enough. Plenty of parking in the complex. Not a lot of seating inside but they have tables outside as well, in case you want to enjoy some good weather (if so). Ugh! SO SAD & disappointed to see all the cross contamination happening at this location. No longer an allergy safe place. I use to enjoy my smoothies but ever since they added bread I've been less enthusiastic and more cautious. Today, I walked out because the bread making was just all over the counter with absolutely no concern about cross-contamination. Seriously annoyed with Smoothie King for not training their staff and for adding in this gluten allergen into the store in the first place. read more

what you expect of a smoothie spot that takes a fitness/protein spin. consistent with ingredients, flavor, and service. always tidy. they have a list of employee favorite/recommended flavor combos on the small blackboard just to the right at the entrance/exit. i notice it just as im leaving each time, and think "I'll remember for next time", but i don't (i imagine its partially its placement and 100% my memory). we've tried plenty and have enjoyed all the smoothie and bowl combos so far! nutella açaí bowl was a real treat! read more

I'm a delivery driver and I was picking up an order at 1:00 on 06/5/2025. No one greeted me and after 15 minutes of seeing 3 other people WALK IN and get their order, I finally asked her if she even had my order. She said she just got the order. She is a liar. The delivery company I work for ALWAYS sends the customer orders IMMEDIATELY. She made my customer VERY UPSET and she made me loose $8.00. I'll start out by saying I love the smoothies here the flavors and ingredients are fantastic. Unfortunately the location off at Harmony Near target I have visited three Fridays in a row and have left with nothing. The first Friday I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes for them to open and they never did the second Friday I waited inside for over 20 minutes patiently while never once being greeted or even looked at buy the one guy working behind the counter. The third time and final time I will ever go to a smoothie king waited inside for close to seven minutes without seeing a single person. I would really like to like Smoothie King more. My first experience with them went . . . smoothly. In and out within 10 minutes, and they were decent smoothies. However, when I was there on 12/16, I ordered 2 smoothies, and sat down to waiAfter waiting 15 minutes and my order wasn't even STARTED, I went next door and got my burger order in. After waiting 15 minutes more, I went and picked up my burgers, put them in the truck and went back to waiting. Back to Smoothie King. After a total of 39 minutes, I received the first of my 2 smoothies, and after another 5 or so I got the second. An apology was given, but there was no explanation for the excessive wait, nor any effort to comp or half off next time. It's convenient to my house, but at this point I'd rather drive an extra 5 minutes and be assured of getting the smoothie and getting started on it. Good luck Smoothie King - hope you get your act together. UPDATE: So, I finally returned to Smoothie King and it was much better. My smoothie was smooth and fulfilling, and ready within 5 minutes. We stopped in this morning and were super disappointed in the rude customer service received. Staff was outright discourteous. Anyone can have a bad day, but when we went out of our way to say thank you (in spite of the rude service) the staff member who waited on us grunted in return. Customer service is an integral part of any shopping experience. Why should we return to be treated so poorly? read more

We have been to smoothie king on multiple occasions. We tried it when it first opened last year and loved it. The smoothies were tasty- we have tried a couple meal replacement smoothies which were quite filling. We have also tried other smoothies including a berry one and a peanut butter banana smoothie which have all been very tasty. Many of the good reviews are blocked by yelp so don't be afraid to try smoothie king. I honestly am surprised by the negative reviews! Every time I've went they've been super friendly! The first time I was slightly disappointed in the smoothie because it was a little watered down but they had only been open for 3 days. It takes trial and error.
