It was also too big, they told me the smoothies only come in one size but I noticed after I bought the smoothie that they have a kids size available in a few limited flavors that's not really that small at 12 ounces. Only been in the store once, but it's a very bright welcoming atmosphere, super tropical style. The wait was really long in-person, they were understaffed; but the two individuals behind the counter were still very polite. I love smoothies and I wish I had visited this place sooner! They're at the corner of College and Laurel and have a cute little colorful space. Good variety of smoothies are offered, but I went with the Totally Green smoothie which only cost me about $5.50 total with tax I think. Anyways, tasty smoothie and it was a good size. They also have some food items available. I'm a Jamba Juice fan myself, mostly because I've lived in Hawaii and California. Fort Collins unfortunately doesn't have Jamba, and I think there's only 1 other smoothie place that I've really seen/visited. This place is a bit cheaper than Jamba and the other smoothie place, and has different smoothie options, but they're still really tasty. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and a Peanut Paradise smoothie with whey protein (I forgot my chips and the kind woman even reminded me). Everything is reasonably priced and while the food options are somewhat limited, I haven't had anything I haven't enjoyed! At one point they offered tacos which were delicious and perfect for lunch, I'd love to see that come back as an offering. I usually stick to the acai berry smoothie (comes only in 24 oz size). We pre-ordered about 30 meals and smoothies from this location, and everything was delivered on time and was delicious for our team! The food is delicious!!! The management needs improvement. When I had a problem placing an online order I had a question. So, I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. She said she did not know how to help me because she did not know how to operate the website to fix the problem I was having. When I arrived to pick up the food order, I had to go back and forth to my car to carry the large order and no one ever offered to help me (the restaurant was not busy). Then, when we picked up our large food order, I noticed that we were missing five sides. I was already across town and could not return. When I called to let her (the manager) know that we were missing the sides, she said, "I am not sure what I can do for you. I will have to call the owner and get back to you on that."...never heard back. As a manager, she should know the "ins and outs" of the business, to include the two issues I had yesterday. Then the employee enters the tip amount into the computer BEFORE they start making my smoothie. Almost like they are waiting to see how much tip I give. I used to get a smoothie here about 3 times a week. Even though they only offer one size and it's pricey when I add pea protein for vanilla flavor. But they took away my favorite smoothie (sunny day) and I'm pretty upset about it. I tried to give the replacement (sunshine) a chance... ordered it a few times now... doesn't hold a torch to sunny day at all. Peaches n silk is alright.
