Found this place by accident and I'm so glad I did. Who doesn't love a good salad especially a place that is literally all about building your own salad. The options are literally endless here. For my salad I got a mixture of greens and quinoa, for my toppings I got baked broccoli, sprouts, egg, chicken, chick peas and a few other things just so much to list. To top off I got some crispy Parmesan to go with it and let me just say my salad was perfect. I did get just regular ranch but they have so many dressings to choose from. The price is definitely reasonable for what all you get and the inside of the place was neat and clean along with a lot of white lol. I truly enjoyed this place and plan to go back many more times. Not only do they specialize in gourmet salads, bowls, and wraps - the smoothies, juices, and assortment of house made antioxidant beverages are top choice. Food yummy and looked fresh. I liked being able to see the refrigerated produce at the beginning of the buffet line. At first glance the restaurant looks clean and tidy a minimalist vibe, with glossy white tiles, tabletops, counters, walls. A few green accents, to add some color and align with their logo. There is actually a large chandelier when you walk in. I noticed and was able to fully appreciate it when I sat down to eat. I haven't sampled the menu, however i liked seeing the variety of warm and raw/fresh bowls. I came for lunch, and to make it simple i ordered a salad. The salad bar/buffet style line looked tidy and the employee seemed pretty confident with prep skills, wearing new gloves to prep fresh produce. There was no line in front of or behind me. Although courteous, I was a little taken back by such a nonchalant, brief greeting. It felt "busy business as usual" vibes. They seemed to have a steady prep and pick up for takeout or catering, so i imagine some of the workers are/have been primarily trained to keep up with those demands. Parking lot can be crowded, but not impossible. I loved their fountain drink options. Things that made this visit more "meh" was the overall price was quite steep. I would've forgiven the price and rated higher (because each bite and morsel seasoned were so on par!), however,.... - the feeling that I was another number, not a customer lingered as I walked out the door was not "it" - the fountain drink tabletop, sugar packets, and tiny receptacle on the tabletop was not attended to; very low on sugar packets and just messy, dried beverage stains, pile of used bowls at the trash receptacle despite not many people seen dining in?... this def influenced my appetite and my anxiety; what does the kitchen actually look like? how did i miss this mess right by the entrance? - after i got my fountain drink, i went to wash my hands. the bathrooms were pretty tidy, however, just like the sugar packet bowl- the handwashing area/ dispensers were unkempt. Dispensers were pretty much empty (had to do the triple+ pump!) and then the hand towels looked jammed, maybe refilled without care? I know the paper towel thing could have been influenced by customers- although while there (after 2 pm i was maybe one of 4 customers?)- my overall experience thus far gave me the impression that tidiness and attention to detail is not this place's strong suits. I bet if this business only offered takeout a catering (didn't have dine-in as an option), they might be more successful. The meh customer service and lack of attention to detail would be overshadowed by the shining star menu items: albeit steep price, there were generous portions, thoughtfully balanced ingredients/recipes (proportion of chicken-dressing-potatoes-veggies were fit for a satisfying lunch), flavor and freshness, clean utensils and plate/bowls... Before eating there again, I'm sure I'll scan the cleanliness of the space prior to ordering. Glossy minimalist white decor does not produce a "clean" feel if the adjacent spaces - indoor tables, fountain drink station, bathroom - are even a bit untidy. I won't be quick to return, unfortunately. I live nearby so it was a bit of a bummer. read more

We stayed at the Residence inn right across the street and decided to walk over for lunch. And I'm so happy we did. As we walked in, I loved how modern the interior looked. White and green. It's adorable. It wasn't busy which was perfect. I love how there was a kids menu and something for everyone. We ordered their grain bowls, I had their Seoul Bowl which had a bit of a korean flaire. It was delicious. The portion size is decent and honestly two people could share one bowl. Everything was fresh and made quick. My son had one of their Acai bowl which took a bit longer to make but he devoured it in minutes. I wish they had a location near me, I would eat here all the time. read more

So happy that I stumbled upon this place! It was just what I needed. The food is healthy, fresh, and delicious! So many good options to choose from. I love that you can specify everything according to your needs, even down to the amount of dressing they put on. I'm on a pretty restrictive diet right now and had to be particular in what I ordered. The girl helping me was super attentive in helping me follow my diet and was even able to provide ingredients lists for dressings! Location was easy to find. Right near the main road. Plenty of parking available. Going inside, it is very spacious, clean and inviting! I really enjoyed the layout of this restaurant and also the seating that was available. The menu was clearly labeled for gluten free and vegan. And if you want something else to be vegetarian or vegan they can easily sub out items for you. Anything that has clearly labeled menu always gets bonus points in my book! For those of us with dietary restrictions it definitely is appreciated!! The staff (Christian) was super friendly. Our food was beautiful. The smoothies were so good! My daughters dragonfruit one was really good. Loved that they had reusable tableware available so we didn't have to contribute to more garbage. Meh. Not bad but not really good either. It's a great idea but it didn't hit the mark for me. I ordered the Seoul Bowl. I asked the young woman working there if there were any gluten containing dressings or items I needed to worry about and she has somebody else who said that the salad dressing was a problem. When I got up by the register I found that both the bibimbap sauce and the dressing are gluten-containing. Neither of these need to contain gluten. A simple switch from soy sauce to tamari or whatever gluten-containing ingredient there is should be doable. I ended up having them put some kind of a lime salad dressing on it and the whole thing was just bland and boring. What a sad salad read more

Going to say when I give 5 stars it never means that everything was perfect, usually no one is perfect. But the place is nice, clean, bright and pleasing. It's in a good location but lots of restaurants in the same strip. So lots of competition and us also why this place probably stands out as the most healthy option between all of the nearby restaurants. Front door is oddly placed on the opposite side of where the line starts. As for the menu it's pretty creative and you can just do your own, cold salads or warm bowls, meaning the protein is warm. I personally think you can find your flavor somewhere on the menu. For me the buffalo was exactly what I'm looking for. You can request light, med or heavy of the dressing. For dessert options they have sorbet with protein really nice, definitely big enough for 2. Great service and a mission statement that I hope the owners/employees embrace and customers hold them to. I went on a Friday night. A lot of the containers were empty or near empty and so the food I got was not fresh. Ordered a make it your own and the quinoa was lumpy and stuck together and rubbery. Salad greens were fresh. I liked the VG Teriyaki Dressing. It was 15.00 about for a fairly small salad with just regular toppings. It seems overpriced. It's the same as Green District but I personally like Green District over this. I may try it again and see if it's better but I don't have high hopes. read more

This is a new place, more like new to Fort Collins. The location is super convenient in SE Fort Collins. The ambiance is fantastic, and has a fresh appeal to it. The food was delectable. We tried a few things including the Wild Wild Southwest (fabulous!), No Prob Cobb (the best Cobb salad you'll ever have), and the Bold and the Buffalo (super delicious!). We also tried their Date Night and Rise & Grind smoothies. These were excellent too. Felt super light after. Plenty of options for everyone to choose from. The interior is very clean and nice. The lighting is bright. I like the neon signs and the photos on the wall that look like they were taken locally. We were greeted as we walked in and while ordering they asked if we wanted any substitutions and if the recommended amount of dressing was okay. The food was fresh and I enjoyed the various textures in my 'Ah.. Greek Out!' bowl! Personally, I think the bowl was large enough to have some leftovers and the compostable to-go bowl container is great for those who like to shake their salads. I think its great that they're making an effort to be more 'green'. I definitely recommend the Rise & Grind smoothie and I look forward to trying out more of their menu. read more

The salad and grain bowls are definitely the star of the show here. It's a really cute restaurant and the prices are reasonable. I had the wild child bowl and it was amazing, the big scoop of goat cheese on top really made it. My boyfriend had the Thai & stop me salad and he thought it was pretty good, I think he would've like it more if he had added a grain to it. I really liked the tofu, it was crispy and flavorful. There were so many interesting toppings I would like to try like the parmesan crisps, edamame, and roasted mushrooms so maybe next time I will build my own bowl. My smoothie, the rise and grind, was really good but my boyfriends smoothie, the strawberry sunrise, had kind of a weird protein-powder texture. I was excited to try Crisp & Green after seeing their ads pop up on Social Media. I was very disappointed with serving size for the amount I paid. $30 for 2 take out salads is very expensive. I ordered the Chicken Cesar and the Wild Child. Honestly the amount of chicken was probably 1/4 cup. They have little scoop serving utensils. We ordered 3 salads to go. The Cinco de Light looks and feels heavy and hearty but one was missing the blue corn tortilla chips. I did not realize it was BOGO and that offsets the pricing a little which is nice. But we also ordered the Thai and Stop me and at $14.95 this salad was VERY underwhelming. It was not hearty, had almost zero flavor, seemed very skimpy on the peanuts and the tofu. Heavy on greens and not filling at all. We also ordered 3 different smoothies and honestly they were the worst flavorless smoothies I've ever had.
