I asked which one was the 20 oz and was told I didn't order a 20 oz. At this point I was upset over my entire experience. I always order a 20 oz bc I never finish them. I don't appreciate the lack of knowledge and the completely terrible customer service. The employee repeatedly spoke rudely to me, rolled her eyes at me, and the entire experience was awful. I thanked her for her complete lack of service. I will be finding another location to frequent.
