My first impression, this is not a Valero operated gas station. I can't use the fleet discount card here. I was little upset until I drove past the building with the signs on the window. After I read a little bit about Lone Star Market, I decided to step in to the convenience store. The cashier and the kitchen staff were extremely helpful. I was directed to the order counter and the kiosk. I placed my order and paid at the cashier. Wow, I couldn't believe how efficient they were. My mangonada was fresh and delicious. I had to get one for the hot Houston weather. This cup lasted me about halfway to my house. It kept me alert on the freeway. I would definitely return whenever I'm in this part of town. I had really high expectations from all of the photos of the food and I was really surprised at how good everything was. The chicken sandwich is HUGE and delicious. The taste is a cross between the original chic fil a sandwich and the Popeyes chicken sandwich. The boba tea was great as well. My only complaint was that the boba didn't taste fresh. This place is AMAZING! When you walk in, they have a nice and easy to use self ordering kiosk. Its very fast, and responsive, and so easy to use! The staff is really nice and accommodating. There is a menu option for EVERYONE! Every thing we tried was exceptional. The spicy chicken sandwich is extremely juicy. Its got great flavor in the seasoning. It does not leave you with that gross, stuffed, groggy feeling. Dump some of their LSK sauce on top and you've got a match made in heaven. The burger was cooked to perfection. The all important meat to bun ration is as good as you can ask for. A very juicy and tender burger. My wife had the chicken nuggets. They were extremely flavorful and juicy. Tasted like the chicken sandwich but in nugget form. The first bite into the Philly cheesesteak made me feel like I was back on 17th and Girard......that is of course, the location of Geno's in actually Philly. The cheese was melted like a pillow on top of the meat. The bell peppers were fresh and tied the flavor in perfectly. The bubble tea was as good as your favorite spot. I am not rating food but I am rating the fact that this is the second place tonight that I went to that show they should be open but aren't. In this case they have lots of signage promoting them on yelp so they should know what hours are posted in the app. Their sign seems to know,it says open but the locked door and the employees that say they are closed don't. I went in today since I saw their promo of buy one boba tea drink, and get one free. I liked how clean the place looks like. I know the owners are putting a lot of effort on promoting this place by checking their Instagram, social media and coming into this place they had a lot of promos for the food, drinks and even first responders. The only complaint I have about this place is that none of the female cashiers were not wearing a mask, only the cook girl that went out for a couple of minutes and I saw her wearing a mask. Also, none of the customers were wearing a mask. They need to require their customers and employees to wear a mask! I was very disappointed by it, and I refused coming into contact with the cashier that was not wearing a mask. She went out and the other cashier took my payment, and she took of immediately her mask, like if all of this was a game. And the girl came back in STILL not wearing a mask. I'm a business owner, this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Besides that I was very satisfied with the price of the drinks, and they were delicious. The place is clean and the staff is friendly, i ordered a taro smoothie and it was yummy however my food not so much they had a lot of kitchen staff people standing around and they still forgot to make my french fries which they gave me greasy waffle fries instead.
