Food is priced by weight. An icon on the self checkout says, hot bar, you pick the kind and size of container you used and it weighs your food. The hot meals I personally freeze not only they stay fresh but they pack better. As a flight attendant I need to bring food for days and this makes my like so easy! The meals are not only delicious they cycle them out adding new choices every week! You have to buy any combination of 8 to have a delivery. You can skip weeks or cancel easily. The 8 meals last me over 2 weeks because I also cook. Another reason why I freeze them. However do not freeze the cold snacks besides the chicken in them and it's vacuum sealed... sometimes I freeze it to add to a salad later. Also sometimes I bring a low carb tortilla and make a burrito with cheese & chicken snack box. You can heat them in the microwave however I prefer the air fryer or airplane oven. Just remove the wrapping and cellophane cover!!! Cost depending on which meals I choose I spend about $100 for 8 meals with delivery! I like some more than others feel free to ask me which ones!
