This is the only location I have visited and I do have mixed feelings about the place. It is a small building with a drive thru and a walk up window. Parking is small and it can be a bit tricky to get in and out of the place. From what I seen their drive thru is what I compare to Chick Fil-A (they have employees standing outside to take orders) I did walk up window and ordered ahead. They do have an app for ordering ahead and they do have a points system, I of course downloaded the app since they have a few locations that have popped up in some locations. Each day of the month they have a sticker of the month and I happened to go on that day. Now for the service, they are friendly but, they like to play their music too loud. I have no problem with them listening to music but, it was just too loud for my taste. I got a sugar free iced caramel drink, I like that you can customize on the app how you want your drink. It was actually very good. I actually do like Dutch Bros but, the space and parking lot is small and employees tend to play music too loud (reason for my 3 stars). This is a good location though.

It has the making of a cool place at the end of the walk across the bridge. It's a shame the experience was tainted by lack of good customer service.
