The cashiers are quick and they thoughtful when bagging, which helps keep things efficient if you opt to purchase shopping bag. This location is absolutely worth the trip. If you're ever unsure whether something is in stock, just give them a call they're more than happy to check for you. They said they do not carry the product. I did no better at Spring Hill. I explained to them that they want to buy the Wormwood that has been stripped of thujone, because thujone is a psychoactive naturally-occurring ingredient. Which causes anxiety. Thujone is in absinthe. As in early European Bohemian 19th century artists going insane. Because I mentioned that I had also taken one (literally I did say "one") Allopurinol, she mentally discarded my notes also. You could almost see it go in one ear and out the other. I full expect them to go out and buy the wormwood oil tincture without the thujone removed EVEN THOUGH thujone-removal is an option in their industry. Except for this know-it-all attitude, they are otherwise pretty good, and definitely the only local option besides Gator Nutrition.

This is a locally owned small business that has just moved to this location & space. Formally just a supplements store, it's now a full blown organic market/grocery with a excellent organic cafe, offering locally grown produce as well! The only other cafe that can even compare to this one is in NYC, and this one blows that one away. Hubby & I both wish we lived in walking/biking distance to this gorgeous little market. These "healthy" meals are still tasty and love that they don't have that "preservatives frozen meal" taste. The meals are about $10 a piece but you're paying for convenience as well as "healthy". Health is wealth. Healthier foods are always going to be more costly. You have the option of delivery but why pay the extra fee when they have so many locations to pick up from. Can't make it during their hours of pick up? No problem. Just shoot them a message and they make it convenient for you. Oh and the lovely little boxes the meals come in? Reusable! So if you ever decide to get into meal prep yourself, (good luck with that! Lol!), you can save these little boxes for that or use them as left over containers for your relatives at the holidays.

Then, when she was done with her cheerful conversation, her voice went full monotone. When I gave her my phone number for the 1st responder discount, the 10% was not applied either, and I didn't realize it until I left. It wasn't worth it at that point with the terrible customer service to even go back. After this visit, I stopped by McDonalds for a quick snack, and even the fast food customer service there was way better. Initially I was excited because they sell raw milk here. However, I may just have to go back to Chucks instead. I will give them a few more chances but honestly appalled of the service and this is 2 times in a row.

I decided to get a 9.99 bistro meal for my husband, picked out the pepper steak, potato salad(his fave of the the three), and mac and cheese. I picked up a tuna tataki($5 special), shrimp cocktail / $6, and a half a pound of kale, apple, cranberry, and walnut salad(my fave), I was impressed with my lunch that was tasty and pretty healthy. Everyone working was very nice. I also bought a rotisserie chicken($5 today) for dinner. This was very good and much better than Publix and Costco chicken. Happy to also have another green tea to try. It was a worthwhile visit. Next week the bistro meals will start being $7 which is entree, and two sides and an upcharge for salmon. This a boutique size supermarket similar to Whole Foods, but a bit smaller. It's very organized & has many healthy and organic options. They have a bakery, fish, meat section, as well as deli, food, & sushi section and produce to name a few. Prices can be similar or a bit higher than Publix, & maybe comparable to Whole Foods.
