They do have good products, but when they don't, they do not accept feedback. I went to the one in B-ville and told them about the Wormwood-Black-Walnut oil tincture, which is an antiparasitic. But which caused me anxiety. They mentally threw my notes away. Why? They said they do not carry the product. I did no better at Spring Hill. I explained to them that they want to buy the Wormwood that has been stripped of thujone, because thujone is a psychoactive naturally-occurring ingredient. Which causes anxiety. Thujone is in absinthe. As in early European Bohemian 19th century artists going insane. Because I mentioned that I had also taken one (literally I did say "one") Allopurinol, she mentally discarded my notes also. You could almost see it go in one ear and out the other. I full expect them to go out and buy the wormwood oil tincture without the thujone removed EVEN THOUGH thujone-removal is an option in their industry. Except for this know-it-all attitude, they are otherwise pretty good, and definitely the only local option besides Gator Nutrition. read more

A wonderful store with pretty much any supplement or health food you'd be looking for. Unfortunately, I'm all for supporting local businesses, but only when we're in it together. The prices are marked up astronomically high, we're talking 40-50% more than you can get these products online. We left with $80 worth of vitamins which we later found that we could have bought them all on Amazon, same brand and everything, for $41 (w/ free shipping). So convenience is awesome, and thats what this store brings. It also gives you a billion things to ponder. I think they block cell reception in the store or something because with 3 bars my phone couldn't connect to the internet. Now I know why! read more

This place is amazing! The women working there are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I swear by their homeopathic medicine the one for headache WORKS better than Tylenol or Motrin! I was small talking with the cashier about my run and she gave me samples of an electrolyte replacement for my race I highly recommend this place seriously best place I've been too. read more

I've worked with (and visited) a lot of natural product retailers over the years and I have to tell you that the Get In Get Healthy group of stores (Spring Hill, Inverness, and Brooksville Natural Foods) are what authentic local shops are all about. Staff is all about people helping people make informed wellness choices. The stores all offer wellness education to their customers and community, and the products that line their shelves are carefully selected to meet the needs of the community they serve. Bravo! Place is very over priced & staff doesn't seem very friendly everytime I've come in. I have gone to the Brooksville location and they seemed much nicer. If you're looking for local raw honey check out murphys market way more local and affordable. read more

Their recommendations are spot-on and the varieties of products in stock are more than sufficient to handle your individual requisites. Its hard enough eating healthy with young children in the home. Its even harder taking them to the library, ahem the health food store, to grocery shop. Apparently children are not allowed to walk around looking at items, or open freezer doors to assist their mom. These stores mark up their items tremendously, the items they sell are for conveniance only, not for actual savings. I didnt feel like ordering online and waiting. Although that would have saved me about 20-30 dollars. Well, online here i go! To the customer service ladies; please take a parenting class before engaging with children. read more
