Clean location, service was okay not the best, the smoothies were good but a little too much milk in mine.

Cashier rolled her eyes several times at us before we ordered, then under her breath said "oh my god." then made my smoothie in 5 min but it took 15 min for her to tell us they didn't have any base to make the bowl we ordered as well. Everything is terrible about this location except the interior. Service is absolutely terrible. I put in an order 20 minutes ahead of time and they are supposed to be ready 10 minutes after placing the order. I walked in and no customers are inside and the staff is nowhere to be found. This happens pretty much every time as well. They need to go through a better hiring process and find better employees. read more

I came in yesterday (4/20) to get a Caribbean way smoothie and an employee by the name Ally was being rude to employees.

Smoothies are always good and made fast however service isn't great. Had them say I couldn't use a coupon once even though it hadn't expired and they even said they could take the coupon but for some reason wouldn't. And other smoothie king places took the coupon . Went today and the guy who gave me my smoothie was rude and kept mumbling and kinda yelling at me. I said I ordered online and a medium and he said "I know!!! We only have larges!!!" Guy needs to calm down and maybe work somewhere else. If you can't stand talking to people then don't work at a food place or retail and this is coming from someone who has worked retail before. read more

I will start by saying that this particular location is hard to see from Highway 51. Luckily, I knew where it was so it wasn't a big deal to me. I was there at around 1:00 in the afternoon and no one was in the store when I walked in. Not even employees, but that's okay because they walked out of the back and were at the register in under 45 seconds. They took my order and I was out and back in my vehicle in about three minutes. So! The moral of the story is that Smoothie King is a great, quick, and easy option for those who need a filling lunch. read more

Went to this location for the first time today. Asked the smoothie maker about a Save-Around bogo. She said they honored it and will punch code in at register. Then proceeded to take and make my order. At the register there was some confusion with another clerk who could not figure out the Save-Around process. They called a manager and he said they did not honor what is clearly stated on the Bogo! Which confused all the clerks and myself... so all and all bad experience. Please remove yourself from the Save-Around promotion if you can't stand by your word. read more
