Sure enough I called and Debra's confirmed they had soft white wheat berries, which I have not been able to find anywhere else. Upon arrival I knew I'd be staying a while! It's so clean and well organized. This place is my dream come true. They have everything you need to live a cleaner, less toxic, and less wasteful life. Bulk spices, grains, coffee, teas, hygiene/beauty products. I definitely need to get back! Everyone there was so helpful and kind. I wish I lived closer!!! Worth the trip though.

Their chicken sandwiches are good, but I always get a bowl with either chicken thighs or steak. They have excellent sauces and the food here is really good, albeit a bit on the saltier side. The clam chowder is nice and hearty. I also really like their drinks, including the strawberry rhubarb one and the lemonade.

Plenty of CBD gummies, seeds, spices, and groceries at the back of the store. Shop is closed on Sundays. Parking is easy to find. If you are a regular customer, ask for a punch card so you can get a discount after 5-10 purchases.

My husband and I shared the açaí bowl while sitting on one of the 2 leather couches available for customers. The staff was cordial and one was really super sweet and proud of the quality of their product upon me mentioning how much we enjoyed the fresh and tasty bowl. Many customers coming in for a smoothie or bowl to go. It's a small place but never felt crowded.
