Long story short, I ended up with a lukewarm coffee with clearly curdled cream mixed in it, and an everything bagel (because they had neither a croissant nor my second choice, a sesame bagel). A lot of the menu photos for this place is outdated. When it first opened it seemed like an Asian American establishment offering various bubble teas and boba but it has since turned into more of an American Açaí Bowl place. The only Asian milk tea that was still on the menu is Thai. read more

I am ecstatic that this place came to Lexington! It's exactly what this cute little town needed. Super clean interior, quick service, and a line of people right when they opened. I've already been there twice and have consistently ordered the same bowl because it was so delicious. Pretty big serving size, so I order the Kid's bowl and it's just the right amount for me. Fresh fruit, and delicious granola and the perfect mix of nutella and açaí...can't find a bowl on the east coast this delicious! Was nearby and wanted to try new boba spots and saw this place had açaí too so we had to try it. The space is super long. Unfortunately boba was no longer on the menu. But the açaí was really good. I got super hyped when I saw they had different bases, I couldn't decide on what to try. We got a Berry Delicious açaí base bowl, and a Paradise Pitaya base bowl, and a Açaí berry smoothie. My fiancé devoured his açaí bowl no problem. And the pitaya base was so good and fruity. I saw they have a green base and a spring time mango base too. Decided to stop by for the first time today after biking the Lexington bike trail. The paradise bowl was so delicious! Added vanilla whey protein and it made it taste even better, not protein powder tasting. I loved the generous amount of fresh fruit toppings, granola, and how the pitaya base wasn't too sweet. Their food is delicious! Anything on the menu is worth a try. Once I had an order that was missing an item, and the customer service went above and beyond. I stopped by Inspire Bowl n' Tea in Lexington very recently. I believe their space used to be a former Panera Bread. There is free off street parking in back of their building. The long space currently does not offer indoor seating and offers takeout and online delivery too. They offer a variety of acai bowls, pitaya bowls, green bowls, coconut bowls, smoothies, and bubble teas. I ordered the Paradise Bowl ($11 plus tax), which was made to order quickly. The good sized Paradise Bowl had a pitaya base with chilled dragon fruit pulp blended with passion fruit (pulp), pineapple, banana & almond milk, topped with granola, kiwis, pineapple, mango, blueberries, blackberries, coconut flakes and honey. The bowl was very filling to eat and had a very sweet taste, bright pink tongue! This bowl was a very good choice! read more

The best açaí bowls i've had in the area! My partner and I got the berry delicious (subbed the original PB for almond butter), and the inspire bowl. Both were incredibly delicious, fresh and fruity. The service was also lovely, and each bowl takes a little bit of time (esp if the shop is busy!) but it is so, so worth it - i promise! Will definitely be making the trip back here read more

Very nice team. They take time to answer questions too. They have a few seats available which are nicely spaced. I had the Paradise Petaya Bowl and enjoyed every bite. We also had the Lychee Tea with Lychee popping Boba and Taro Milk Tea with pearls. The Tea was excellent. I don't recommend the Taro Milk Tea since it tastes too similar to what you can get out of a can from local grocery stores. read more

Really enjoyed a healthy nutritious breakfast at Inspire. They were so kind to make me half chia seed pudding and half pitaya bowl. The açaí bowl was great too. I'm not sure if they add any sugar- I hope not. Very large portions can easily feed too or freeze it to enjoy later. I did not see any teas on display so not sure about that. Also if they can use compostable bowls and utensils that would be great. Would definitely come back again. read more

AMAZING!! Looks like it's locally owned with probably father/daughter working - which is great to see nowadays. I don't typically like to support places just because they're locally owned or family run - I like to support them if they have very good products and let me tell you, you get the best of both worlds with this place.
