Do not purchase any smoothie bowls from this location. Every time I go here to purchase one the bowl is half way full and they cost $12 + tax. I went to purchase (2) bowls yesterday 2/3/26 and asked the cashier to make sure they filled my bowls up like the other smoothie king locations and she looked at me like I did something wrong and still tried to give me both bowls half full. So I told her she can keep them I'll just go to another location where my $ is appreciated, thanks but no thanks! This location needs new employees and management. I have visited this Smoothie King location a couple of times and I think I have gathered enough customer service to write my review. The employees are friendly, they have a 10% military discount and I like that they have a drive thru. However, I wish the products were consistent. I returned for another Caribbean way smoothie because the first one I had was delicious but today it was just good but not delicious. I placed an order through the app this morning for a Smoothie at 6:34am. The store hours for today are 6:00am-9:00pm. I arrived at the store at 6:41am to find it closed. I waited in the parking lot until 6:57am and no one arrived. I went to work and tried calling the store multiple times. 4.5 hours later and no one is at the store. Over the past 2 years the store has been closed many times throughout the day. They have been open on time when I pass by recently, so I thought I would try. I tried contacting corporate regarding the issue and asking for a refund, but was told I have to contact the store. If you decide to visit this location, do not order ahead with the app unless you have confirmed they are open. read more

They tasted like cough medicine. They tasted like whoever made them knew it was their last day. They tasted like whoever made them was going through a divorce and wanted the world to feel their pain. They tasted like they used day old king cake. They tasted like 10 year old bus seats. They tasted like my ex made them in an attempt to get me back for upgrading.(If your reading this keep your head up)They tasted so bad I wanted to put hot sauce on them. we ordered the keto champ smoothie, with nobody ahead of us. there seemed to be at least 3 workers inside the building, however we sat there waiting in line for 25 minutes. at around 20 minutes into waiting we asked if we could get a refund and just go because we were running behind as we didn't expect it to take 30 min. nobody there knows how to do anything. they didn't know how to give us a refund, they didn't know how to give us a "free smoothie" for the next time we came, and by the time they got the smoothie out to us, it was in the form of liquid with chunks in it. i get my mom a smoothie almost daily because she is on the keto diet (this is what i get for trying a different smoothie king) but they tried to convince me that that was what it was supposed to look like. anyways i wouldnt recommend going here. if you want to go to a smoothie king, go to the one on airport and gov. btw we ended up with no refund, to compensation smoothie, and no smoothie that we ordered because we just had to go and we'd already been there for 30 minutes read more

When I arrived there was a long line waiting, so I called the store and the let me skip the line and brought my smoothie to my car. The smoothie itself is probably the best one I've had yet.
